What is wrong with WB(re:Batman Anim.dvd's)??....

I cannot understand why WB has not released anymore of the Batman Animated movies or episodes. They have released all of Powerpuff Girls and other WB cartoons. Yet, no Batman or Superman! They know who popular the show is. It just boggles my mind. Dick Grayson, do you have any insight as to what is up with WB?
    Thanks!

I don't have any real insight, but with the upcoming movies and the JLA series, WB will probably market all kinds of related material. This would be the perfect time for them to release episodes on DVD.

I'd buy them even if there wasn't any extra material on the disk. I've still never seen "Chemistry", for example.

WB i slikely holding back for nay movie tie-ins. They're missing th ebest time to put shows on DVD - which is now. DVDs containing shows are hitting all time popularity high. Even if 10% of the viewership of BTAS bought these DVDs, that'd still be 1 million units sold. TV Shows and animation on DVD is reaching it's peak, and WB is shoving Scooby-Doo in our face...

Stupidity or malignancy: I think that pretty much exhausts the possibilities.

Or they're secretly preparing a super-ultra-deluxe special edition, with extensive director commentary on each episode, complete storyboards, alternate soundtracks, variant footage of famous scenes, all-new episodes, AND a restored ROTJ complete with groveling apology for having screwed creators and viewers alike with the cut version.

Nah, it's either stupidity or malignancy.
