Space Jam DVD
I got a DVD player last week. I wonder now what took me so long to get one. Wish there were more classic animated shorts on DVD; did pick up the Bosko Private Snafu disc
I noticed two different Space Jam DVDs when I was looking at a store the other day. The major difference I noticed was that one had a commentary track by director Joe Pytka, Bugs Bunny, and Daffy Duck. Has anyone seen this? Does the commentary track add much?

it's decent...
it's a mixture of the voice actors talking about the show, as well as the characters "talking," as if they were real actors. There isn't a fountain of info to find in the commentary, but there are some tidbits.

Check out Fantasia
Hey, PlopKat,
If you've got the dough, you should check out the FANTASIA boxed set. Both FANTASIA and FANTASIA 2000, and a third disc of supplements called THE FANTASIA LEGACY.
Yes, there's some controversy regarding the deleted (or altered) scenes. But overall, the picture and sound are fantastic, and there's some cool stuff on the third disc.

Don't forget to buy the BEANY & CECIL DVD! It'll keep you busy for weeks!! I also recommend TOM & JERRY'S GREATEST CHASES (just ignore the edited "Little Orphan" and it's a great collection) and THE CARTOONS THAT TIME FORGOT (Vol. 2 is the best... lots of Flip the Frog!)
Disney's DVD releases of THE THREE CABALLEROS, ALICE IN WONDERLAND, ICABOD & MR. TOAD, and FUN & FANCY FREE are also all of excellent quality.
