Just got back from picking up Wonderfallsand The Grudge.
A couple of Cartoon Network sets are coming out this week, including a first volume of The Brak Show and the second season of Sealab 2021. There are also a few animated movies to mention as well -- Balto III: Wings of Change, Mulan II, and The Wind in the Willows.
Recent theatrical releases heading to DVD include The Grudge, Mr. 3000, Shall We Dance?, Spike Lee's She Hate Me, and Vanity Fair. The critically acclaimed Ray is also coming out in a variety of different editions.
The studios are reaching deep into their back catalogs this week, yanking out an extended version of Bad Girls, a double-feature of The Blue Lagoon and Return to the Blue Lagoon, a two-disc special edition of The Bodyguard, Bopha, Broadway Melody of 1929, a special edition of Chariots of Fire, a collection of all the Karate Kid flicks, The Palm Beach Story, Spike Lee's School Daze, Secrets and Lies, the 1995 version of Shall We Dance? (tying in with the remake), and Bill Murray playing Hunter S. Thompson in Where the Buffalo Roam.
Criterion is also adding several films to their collection -- La Commare Secca, Night and the City, and Thieves' Highway.
Aside from the Cartoon Network sets mentioned earlier, there's the usual torrent of TV-on-DVD releases. The first seasons of Charmed, Degrassi Jr. High, and the late, great Wonderfalls are making their debut on DVD, along with the second seasons of Taxi and Penn & Teller's TV series whose title would probably get me a stern warning if I listed it here, the third season of I Love Lucy, and the fourth seasons of Cheers, Frasier, and Oz.
For a list of some of the best prices as well as the latest price drops for existing titles, check Mike Frezon's weekly thread on the Home Theater Forum and SalesCircular.com. A relatively comprehensive list of this week's releases can be found at DVD Talk and ComingSoon.net.
So -- what are you getting this week? I'm going to pick up Wonderfalls.

I just got back from my local mall. I picked up Disney's Mulan 2!I still have to see the first one yet, including it's alternate opening.
Uh, no offence but I haven't seen Mulan 2, but TBH it looks terrible, the plot is piontless and its overislly a cheap cash-in from the first movie.
I got Animal Farm (2001, the live action one) It was really good, quite faithful to the oringal novel yet still unique.
Last week I got Austin Powers: The International Man of Mystrey, but I forgot.
I'm definatly going to get the 1st season of Charmed and The Grudge. After Buffy was cancelled Charmed became my favorite show.

Not a bad week but the rest of February seems pretty quiet for DVDs. This week I picked up The Brak Show: Volume One and Napoleon Dynamite.

I got Spider-Man 2 Friday night. I've watched the movie with and without commentary and some of the bonus material on the second disc so far.
Snagged Peter Gabriel - Secret World Live and Pink Floyd - Live at Pompeii on sale at BestBuy. Started to watch Live at Pompeii last night (before I realized it's got a 171 min run time) and it's pretty good, although the 'Director's Cut' has some pretty dated (low quality) CG in it...
Saturday is the best day of the week. No demands at all! Perfect freedom! The whole day stretches before us with unlimited opportunity! And what better way to appreciate that opportunity than by squandering it watching cartoons all day! --- Calvin
