should they make a 'sorta' live action lion king?!?!

i've noted that they did make a live action jungle book, so should they via the 3d processes used in dinosaur (which i enjoyed seeing one day) , remake lion king like an live action movie with dialogue, mocking nature shows in concept? has enough time passed for such an idea to take shape, or would longer have to pass?

because i couldn't get the idea of a live-action pumba passin' gas out of my mind. or how much potential it would be to see live-action simba, or the scene redone in 3d of mufasa speaking to simba...

Although I didn't like the live action 101 Dalmatians (the jungle book is a completely different film than the animated version) I think if Disney were to do another animation/live action remake it should be "The Aristocats". The film was originaly intended to be a live action film anyways so I think it has the most possiblities.

I think "The Lion King" is to strongly known the way it is to be ever remade (The Jungle Book had a life before the disney film as did 101 Dalmatians).

I don't know. I wouldn't really mind a live action version of The Lion King. It could turn out just like 101 Dalmations (bad), but it can also turn out pretty well (The Jungle Book, and I know it's a bit of a different story). But, unless they are prepared to deal with hundreds of angered 2-D/Loin King fans, they had better stay with something no one would truly care if they re-made.

Disney had the Lion King musical, or play, and it was actually pretty popular and nicely done. That's live action and it didnt ruin the show, probably was better than the movie (I dont know, never seen the musical).

not really live action.. those werent' animals, or for that matter, 3d rendered animals akin to the quality of the dinosaurs in dinosaur.
