Yes, that's ultimately cool... AND it's coming in MARCH!:D

Unfortunately, this too is coming out in March...

No signs of the Jetsons yet...

And does anyone notice how suspiciously the artwork looks like the LT set? :p At least they didn't put Pebbles, Bamm-Bamm, Hoppy, or Gazoo on it...

Of course, I hope that the Scooby sets are all dropped off the face of the earth...:mad::mad:

P.S. Scooby Doo sucks!

Dino looks...off.

I'll probably be picking this up, depending on how much I can get it for. I'm not as big a Flintstones fan as I am a LT fan.

Yes! Looks great! :D  I'll probably be able to get it for $39.99 at Coscto like I did with The Golden Collection. I'm glad they're putting the original pilot on there. The Jetsons set not being released at the same time is probably a good thing, or else I'd go broke buying so many DVDs at the same time... :o

Dino looks a little like the Dino that was in Flintstone Kids. (shudders.)

here are some of the features that the set will include

Enjoy~

You'll enjoy 28 prime-time episodes that aired in the 1960-61 season, and continue to charm audiences young and old in reruns to this very day. The 4-Disc compilation also features terrific (Pre)Historic DVD Extras, including two featurettes, early TV promo spots, and the original pilot episode "The Flagstones".

Sporting a running time of 737 minutes, Warner provides us with English, French, and Spanish soundtracks so we can listen to Fred bellow in a variety of languages. His shouts for Wilma are heard in Mono, though, as it was originally broadcast. And, although that menu shot above formats to widescreen on a wide TV, you'll be pleased to know that Warner hasn't stoned the original picture format of the actual cartoon: it's still 4x3, as always. Subtitles are also present in this collection for all three languages, plus close-captioning for the hearing impaired.

I think that the future waves of the Hanna-Barbera collection depends on the sales of The Flintstones and Scooby Doo, so if you want to see Huckberry Hound or Yogi Bear sets buy these in March.

I wouldn't be caught dead with a Scooby-Doo set ...

It's too bad there's too many retarded 40 year old fanatics of Scooby, if there wasn't, maybe he wouldn't be as popular...

I'll defenatley be picking up both the Flintstones Season 1 and Scooby-Doo Where Are You? Season 1&2.

Maybe if the sales are good for these, we can get a Yogi, Top Cat, Quick Draw, and a Huckleberry Hound collection soon. Maybe some others too.

I might just get this just to get Top Cat. The Flintstones are good, but he's the most tip-top.

I just sold my VHS tapes of the first season (for $88) this morning, so this set will be costing me NOTHING!!!! :D

Does anyone know what version of the openings and closings will be used? Also, has a proper restoration been done, or are we going to have to endure the credits for one 1963 episode after all of these?

Yes, but now that will render the tapes you're sending me useless...:(:(:(
