Telivision dude's name is Retro and the girl is Pandy....interesting.
More interesting is the character whose name translates as "Penis Drill", for obvious reasons. Played by Nobuo Tobita (Kamille Bidan from Zeta Gundam, Major Ulube from G Gundam), which makes it funnier.

well, it's not like graphic per se... he just has a large drill bit mounted where his manhood should be. it's a got a twelve and up rating in japan, which means it'd probably be a high PG-13/low R in the states.
