Nope. I sprained my finger once and had to wear a brace. But that's pretty much the extent of my injuries. *Knock on wood*

At least you didnt break it. I broke my hand this summer and had a cast almost up to my elbow. Let me just say casts suck, really, really bad. I would imagine a leg cast would be even more difficult to deal with.
I stepped on a long screw and had to use crutches for a few days, otherwise I'd have to hop on one leg.

You wanna hear about a sucky injury? In high school I was in a mosh pit in my friend's basement during a party - got hit pretty hard, and took most of the force on my hand. Hurt my left middle finger up close to where the finger meets the hand. I chipped the bone in two places and tore the ligament and had to have emergency surgery! Now that sucks! Then I had to spend the next however many months with this weird brace/cast thing that kept my middle finger in a constant upright position!

Then this should make you feel better. I've used the stilts twice. First time, long ago, broke a leg slipping on ice. Think that's dumb? Compared to whom? Those persons with whom I lived decided it wasn't safe for me to hop up the stairs (or crawl, but I would have if I'd known what was coming). The persons in question therefore provided a mattress for me to sleep upon, down on the main floor. (I should also mention that the shower was on the second floor too.) Now keep in mind, they could have taken my nice fresh mattress and let it slide down the stairs to the main level via gravity. That's what normal people would do. But no! They went to the basement and dragged up some musty-smelling thing the little packrats couldn't bear to throw out. I say, if they can haul it out of the basement they can haul it to the curb. It took half an hour of labor, many bad words and almost broke someone else's leg in the process. (Mattresses don't like to go up a flight of stairs.) And it stunk! I mean, it smelled, it exuded, it reeked. And everyone thought it was me!
Feel better, buddy!

I'm using crutches right now!...
...this Friday, before a game, I was warming up by kicking a ball around. A buddy of mine tries to steal it, which is nothing unusual, but he accidently trips me and I fall down the wrong way...
...this is just before a tournament game. Sigh...
...I've recovered rather quickly. It's a bad sprain, but I can put a bit of weight into it. Sigh...this sucks. I've had to crawl around before my family could get me some crutches, and I couldn't dance at a rather good school dance...and I was finally brave enough in years to dance!
