OK guys, turn the SAP channel off!

"Garden Gopher" came on at 2:30 a.m. after "Toyland Broadcast" also with the SAP/foreign language channel on. Odds are it's been on for a while, but while the MGM cartoons have a foreign language track, the WB cartoons on Late Night Black & White didn't.

This could be Cartoon Network's answer to those BBC "Muzzy" foreign language videotapes they advertize once in a while -- just record CN all night and practice your language skills tomorrow morning...;)

Speaking on behalf of an annonymous member of an outside group, the SAP system is at least one way to enjoy the end credits of a TV show that is usually accompanied by voiceover announcer guys. He just hates that kind of stuff, if you ask me. I don't know why.
