My choice has to be Robin/Tim Drake. I love the kid's attitude ansd spunk. :)

Nightwing! I guess i just really like the character development the writers gave him. He turned out to be a really cool character!

Nightwing is cool. His smugness in the scene in OVER THE EDGE where he says "waived" is just cool.

Nightwing, he was the least annoying and was not overused. The others, I felt, were overused and kind of reeked of "We're here to amuse the little kids." Tim Drake was, among other things, just too darn small/young. Batgirl really seemed out of place, IIRC there was not much of an explanation of why she hung out so much in the batcave since BTAS when she was a rarely used character. Nightwing seemed to be more well developed than either of the others.

visually- robin. we needeed the small kid to complement batman.
character wise- dick grayson. he is a greatly developed character.
