Has nothing to do with the quality of the show:
Jack Horkheimer: Star Hustler (sounds like a bad 70s sci-fi porn flick)
Its like, you know (yes, there was actually a show named this)
8 simple Rules for dating my teenage daughter
Michael Hayes (wrestling fans will know why its a bad title)
These friends of mine
2 guys, a girl, and a pizza place (tuesdays at 9!)
Homebots from outer space
Manimal
Whatever happened to the class of '65
James at 15(16)
Pink Lady and Jeff
Beverly Hills Buntz
Animelee

LOL, Homeboys from Outer Space was pretty much the worst title on your list.
:D I remember that show.

Samurai Pizza Cats (or was it Kats?)
Reign: The Conqueror (they should have kept the title "Alexander")
Shasta McNasty
There's another show but I don't remember the exact name. It was something like "Wednesdays, 8:30 p.m.". I remember it aired on ABC.

I like the sound of Samurai Pizza Cats.
"Superhuman Samurai Cybersquad". I feel sorry for whoever had to come up with a theme song for that show.

The Brotherhood of Poland, New Hampshire. That name does not roll off the tongue, and TV show titles should roll off the tongue.

So Haunt Me (terrible UK sitcom about a family haunted by their Jewish grandmother)
Crime Traveller (policeman travels through time to solve crimes - hence the name)
Telegantic Megavision (UK children's Saturday morning show from the 90s)
Sigma

I hate shows that have such long names that they're always shortened in later seasons - if they last that long. THE BROTHERHOOD OF POLAND, NEW HAMPSHIRE is a good example - but so too are TWO GUYS, A GIRL, AND A PIZZA PLACE and, even though I like the show, EIGHT SIMPLE RULES FOR DATING MY TEENAGED DAUGHTER.
Keep it simple!

The Mullets, that title alone makes me not want to watch it.
The Pitts, if a show is the pits you shouldn't tell us before we watch it.
Cracker, apparently this was a good detective show but I never watched it because I thought it was a sitcom about a saltine.
The secret Files of Desmond Pfiffer, don't name a show after someone with a last name that no one know how to pronounce corectly.
Sailor Moon, as much as I love this show Sailor Moon is the gayest name for a TV series I've ever heard.

Actually, it was "Wednesdays, 9:30pm". There's an awful title for you.
The Mug Root Beer Dana Carvey Show
Heh heh heh.
I think that that was a riff on the sponsors, like how another episode was called, IIRC, "The Taco Bell Dana Carvey Show".
My vote: "That's So Raven". Ugh.

Many of these shows are cases of 'I love the show but not the name':
HEE-HAW
Cracker
Manchild
Coupling
As If
Power Lunch (The strangest name for a stock show on CNBC.)
Strangers with Candy
Full House
Gullah Gullah Island
Allegra's Window (WTF?!?!?)
Eureka's Castle
Blue's Clues (I hate rhyming titles)
Hearts Afire
My Mother, The Car (Come on now)
Wednesday, 9:30/8:30 Central was the title. Ironically, the show was renamed "My Adventures in Television" before it was canceled.
The Job (I love this show, but the title is very...o_O-worthy.)
