Howdy,
This is a rather funny page of deliberately crackpot theories (http://flyingmoose.org/tolksarc/theories/theories.htm) about The Lord of the Rings. Among other things, it includes a disturbingly Tolkien-esque ballad about Gimli and Galadriel "getting to know each other" so to speak, a great conspiracy theory about Tom Bombadil and his TRUE identity, the link between Windows 95 and the One Ring, and the very Quentin Tarantino "Pulp Tolkien" ("Know what they call a Quarter Pounder in the Undying Lands? Valar with Cheese").
Most appropos to this site, though, is this REAL cast list for an animated Lord of the Rings movie (http://flyingmoose.org/tolksarc/theories/cartoon.htm), partially quoted below:
Gandalf: Mr. Peabody
Aragorn: Daffy Duck (though Popeye was strongly considered)
Arwen: either Olive Oyl, Jessica Rabbit, or Minnie Mouse
Boromir: Brutus (a.k.a. "Bluto" in the old Dave Fleischer cartoons)
Gimli: Yosemite Sam
Legolas: Speed Racer
Bilbo: Mr. Magoo
Frodo: Bart Simpson (though Mickey Mouse was also a likely candidate)
Sam: Hadji from "Jonny Quest"
Merry and Pippin: Heckle and Jeckle
