I don't know if I'm the only one who noticed this but I'm watching my brother play Mario 64 right now,and I can't help but notice the way Mario moves.I jokely said that Mario must want to be a ballet dancer because of the way he moves,if you pay attention I'm sure you would notice it too.On a unrelated note we were wondering what is Mario's pants made of?.Why exactly does he make so much noise when he runs around in that DonkeyKong game? .Just to make sure you know I'm not bashing Mario,I've been a big fan of Mario since the early Nintendo days and I still like to play his games.Anyway does anyone else have something they noticed in a video game that they wondered about?Oh and please don't turn this in to a flame war ,and I will be posting more later.

yeah,a good walk and movements are some the hardest things to do in animation,of anykind...but,it's cool. Mario's gotta be athletic with all the stuff he does!

so many wonders i do so do.

i always wondered about Mario's home world...the real world,or where ever he's from. I don't think there's a Brooklin in the MushroomKingdom. Always wondered how Nintendo would handle that if it ever came up in the games.

Also wonder why in most peoples' home there are no bathrooms...or anywhere for that matter. Depends on the game, yeah, but it would sem to be an important part of a house.

Also, wondering where KingBowserKoopa and the Koopalings came from. And for that matter,BowserJr. They never did tell who his mother was in Sunshine. And I had liked that thought that PrincessPeachToadstool was his mother. Seemed pretty nifty to me. heh....but,anyway...um....also,how does Bowser fund all his troops, and really just why does he want Peach so badly? And where'd Wario come from? And Waluigi...etc

I wish what ever universe or planet or dimension the mushroomkingdom is was real....it'd be great to live there, huh? ...but WHERE?....the MushroomKingdom?...most definately....the DarkWorld?...hmm..maybe...join up with the Koopa army....they have a great dental plan....IsleDolphino?...nah,I love the beach, but that place creeps me out. BeanBeanKingdom? Perhaps....like a wacked out MushroomKingdom...with more beans...Yoshi's Island and Dinoland are pretty cool too....man....you know what? Nintendo should take that themepark idea they had in the late 80s/early 90s and do it! They could do a DisneyWorld-ish thing with each land so far presented in the game be a different park...Dinoland could be like AnimalKingdom....MushroomKingdom like MagicKingdom and Epcot combined...IsleDolphino sort a DowntownDisney-ish thing but with beaches and stuff....and BeanBean like...well,MagicKingdom#2...I DUNNO! I'm just spewing out thoughts here.....it'd be nice,ya know?....I'd much rather pay a life's fortune at a Nintendo themed park then a Disney themed park...not that Disney's bad or anything....just would prefer Nintendo...*shrug*

How come Fake Simon doesn't play a bigger part in Castlevania Chronicles? He could teach an anti-smoking message. :p

Where does all the stuff Kirby eats go? He must have a fast metabolism.
When you talk to a character in a game, why do they only seem to have one thing to say? You can talk to them 50 times, it will always be the same sentence! There's no getting through to these people!
How do video game characters live without eating or sleeping? Play Mario 64 for 50 hours. No sleep or food and Mario's still running like crazy!
In RPGs, why the hell would you let the other characters attack you while you just stand still. Turn based battles my ass!

What do the villains do while you're trying to get to them?
Ganondorf: He plays the organ (that's how he manages to produce a haunting melody before Link fights him in Ocarina of Time)

Bowser: Works out (what else can explain the exercise music for his boss theme in Super Mario 64?)

Dracula: Sleeps in coffin/is dead

Red Falcon: Tries to hide the exposed organs (But fails)

Lavos: You always arrive at the right time. He never has to wait. (If you want me to get into the mechanics of this, ask)

Wario (Super Mario Land 2): Redecorates Toadstool's Castle

M. Bison: Spars

Dr. Wily: Gets angry/builds new robots/works on the same saucer and battle technique

Sigma: Watches you with his watcher-gismo (as seen in the second cinema from X4. How else can he always know what is going down?)

Cecil (Winback: Covert Operations): Plans how to kill your squad and fires up the satellite weapon

Dan (Winback): Betrays you by planning the death of your guys

How do video game characters live without eating or sleeping? Play Mario 64 for 50 hours. No sleep or food and Mario's still running like crazy! Or going to the bathroom?
-Did all the characters in River City Ransom eat a huge lunch right before you beat them up? "BARF!"
-How many children actually tried eating mushrooms after playing Super Mario Bros. and died because they were poisonous?
-Isn't she freezing in those shorts? (Tibet levels of Tomb Raider II)
-Did Neo Cortex go through puberty from Crash 1 to Crash 2?
-Has Higgins from Adventure Island EVER worn a shirt?
-Is the villian introduced in level 4 of Double Dragon II actually a brainwashed Arnold Schwarzanegger?

I usually wonder about the general information, not the details of or the strange facts about characters. Some examples are:
"Where and what are the items I did not find yet?"
"How can I get to the sections of those levels that I never get to?"
"Which strategy makes me appear to be playing better, and which makes me appear to be playing worse?"

In Megaman, what do those boss robots do while you're attempting to get to their area?
