What is Warner Bros on?
I scaned the two new titles Reality Check and that other one at my local Wal-Mart and almost left my jaw on the floor :(
For DECADES the LT crew have heald some of the highest standards for quility american animations. Look at Duck Dogers, thats a well crafted show. But these shorts, words cannot the decribe the disgust of seeing cartoon legends in crappy Adult Swim/TNN flat short cut jerky animation that I thought was below them, being tradmarks of Americas biggest animation studio.
Chuck must be rolling in his grave, I know I`d hate to see my work put out like this.

WB is simply selling the flash cartoons they used to have available for free on their website. I'm not exactly sure what they were thinking other than their desire for money.

Those aren't the new shorts. The new shorts are traditionally animated (though I believe quite a few of them were outsourced to Korea, which makes no difference to me, since Korean animators can animate just as well).

Chuck Jones did a lot of masterful things in hand drawn animation, but remember that one of Chucks last projects for Warner's was done in Flash animation. Anybody remember Thomas Timberwolf cartoons? They were preatty good too.
By the way, why didn't Warner's put those on DVD? They were cool, plus Joe Alasky's voice work was really well done. That and they could have put in the last four episodes that were never put on the web because of Chuck Jone's death.

I personaly don't like Duck Dodgers. I always thought the animation looked like a webtoon. Anyway, shouldn't this be in the Termite Tarrence Trading Post?

Like the other posts said, the cartoons you saw were the web cartoons that were on the WB website. I don't know anything about the new shorts, but if you're into the classics, save your money and get either the Premiere Collection or the Golden Collection (though everyone at TTTP loves the Golden Collection).
