Which animations have your favorite closing sequences and closing themes?

At the moment, probably the Inuyasha endings. The 3 I've seen anyway.
I love the end to MIB the series because they often do a "police lineup" of aliens and one of them is a lightbulb, and an agent hold the number card in front of it. The lightbulb has to be my favorite.
The end theme is a variation of the Will Smith/Patrice Rushen MIB theme.

yea.. I always liked the MIB op/ed the lightbulb is priceless..
I rarely watch endings though.. but Excel Saga's Ends are fun ^^
Trigun's ending has cool music and a cool sillhouetted Vash. Too bad Cartoon Network felt the need to abruptly cut the ending off when they showed it.
Cowboy Bebop
DBZ (Japanese)
MIB
*still mad that he never got to see the MIB Series Finale*

I liked the first, hated the third, and can't remember the second.

The times I have seen Trigun on CN it had that closing.
favorite closings I can remember:
the original Dexter's Laboratory closing
Thundercats
FLCL
Mobile Suit Gundam
(if that is the one with the kid floating in space to his friends)

Mobile Suit Gundam: 8th MS Team
Dragonball
HellCat

Count me in for MIB too. A nice, relaxing but funny ending.
As for others:
Cowboy Bebop (thank God for CNX airing it with karoake subtitles)
Gundam- 08th MS Team (love Shiro enjoying his book, being the only one unaware of the camera)

I think the ending for Sailor Stars is great. (Of course it is, right? ) But I'm serious. I like how it's a puzzle being put together. That's nice. The song's pretty nifty, too.

Which animations have your favorite closing sequences and closing themes?
1. Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors (KEEP ON ROLLIN, KEEP ON ROLLIN)
2. Reboot
3. Hey Arnold (simply because you sometimes got a lot of different music)
god I freaking miss that show :(
4. Simpsons "Who Shot Mr. Burns Part 1" end credits

I meant they abruptly cut off the ending by shortening it on CN. The original ending is twice as long.

"She struts around Toonzone acting like she's so damn smart and funny, but here's the truth: She reviews far too much and her opinions are just plain idiotic, not to mention her parodies of shows are worse then funny. Any comedic post she makes made me die a little inside. I just wish she would leave... soon.

Do you really beat yourself up like this? I don't hear anyone saying that.

It may be sappy, it may be tacky, it may even be melodramatic, but I especially like closing sequences+themes that start playing at yet appropriately relevant to the ending sequence of an episode, then continuing uninterrupted straight into the ending theme.
Off the top of the head, examples include Marmalade Boy, Fushigi Yuugi, some Rurouni Kenshin, etc.

You should've gone to the CN Forums a week or two ago.
