I'm considering pre-ordering SNOW WHITE on DVD, even though I've already got it on LD. Thing is, I've already got SOME version of all the other free DVDs being offered (except LION KING 2), so I don't know which to get.

Do any of those DVDs have more to offer than the others? From an extras/bonuses standpoint? I'm leaning towards PINOCCHIO, probably the best made film of the bunch. But how's the disc? I've heard the earlier Disney DVDs are sorely lacking in extras (I've got LADY AND THE TRAMP on DVD, and there's nothing extra). I'm also considering JUNGLE BOOK and 101 DALMATIONS. I wish they were offering CINDERELLA, which I don't have in any format...

BTW, heard they were actually making CINDERELLA 2! Can you believe it?? I guess there's no sacred property Disney isn't willing to rape for a quick buck...

Anyway, any advice as to which disc to get would be appriciated!

A $equel to ˘inderella!?! What exa˘tly i$ the Purpo$e? Oh wait, knowing the Di$ney ˘ompany, I've already an$wered my own Que$tion.... ;)

(Actually, there's an interesting 'take' on the later lifestyle of Cinderella in the upcoming "Shrek" video game soon-to-be-released for the X-box system!! I won't spoil the joke here, though)

I've already figured out that nothing classic is sacred from the "New" buddy picture syndrome..... See Jerry's Webpage for a trailer for Dumbo 2.....

I bet the crows won't be there!!

There is a description of the plot(s) of Cinderella 2 on this website (http://www.mouseplanet.com/hometheater/ht010924a.htm) (along with other upcoming Disney DVD details). Be warned... it ain't pretty.

I don't believe the other Disney DVDs have any extras. I think Pinocchio might have the theatrical trailer, but I don't own that one. Myself, I chose The Jungle Book for the free DVD with my Snow White pre-order. Even though it doesn't have any extras, I don't already own it on VHS, and it won't be issued on DVD again until 2010 (or so they say)... and besides, it's free. :D

I wonder if Disney will have a similar pre-order offer for Dumbo?
