Why is it that the Bob Clampett Show is the only show of the director tribute shows to air uncut cartoons? I'm a big Tex Avery fan amd I'd love to see his work untouched by the art vandals. Tex Avery reminds me of myself. He was a crazy pervert who didn't care who knew. And his initials are T&A, even though his first name is really Fred. T&A, get it?

Because the Clampett Show is the only show supported by the director's family. Clampett's family insists on uncut cartoons. It's probably part of the bargain to have access to the Beany cartoons or something. Avery's family isn't in anyway connected to the Avery show and were instead connected to that crap that used to air on weekday mornings.

I was just curious to know if there were any plans to make any new episodes of the Bob Clampett Show. The current batch have been in reruns forever.

I don't think there are going to be anymore new episodes of THE BOB CLAMPETT SHOW. They don't have that much more WB Clampett cartoons left to fill a whole new season with.
