View Full Version : Amazon.com delivery by Tuesday?

It doesn't look like I'll get the LT DVDs on Tuesday. I thought that Amazon tried to ship things so they'd arrive on the release date, but my order hasn't even shipped yet. In fact, the estimated delivery is between November 3-7!!! I don't think I can wait that long!! I'm thinking of cancelling my order and picking it up from Sam's Club instead (if the price is close to the 45 bucks at Amazon). Anybody else here have the same delivery concerns about Amazon?

I think it may depend on when the order was placed. I have it on good authority that Amazon pre-orders for the set have already begun shipping.

yeah, I ordered mine on Tuesday. You would think a full week would be enough to get it shipped in a timely fashion...

Well, I pre-ordered mine 6 weeks ago and it has an estimated shipping date from Amazon of Oct. 29, with delivery by Nov. 3. I'm thinking of cancelling my order and picking it up at Wal-Mart Tuesday, except I'm not sure they're carrying it.

I pre-ordered mine in August and used 1 day shipping. The delivery estimate is October 30, which isn't too long of a wait...http://forums.toonzone.net/images/smilies/disappointed.gif

I just cancelled my order with Amazon. I found them online at Sam's Club for just over 39.00, and at Wal-Mart for around 45.00. I'm assuming they'll be available at the actual stores this Tuesday, hopefully for about the same price. :sweat:

I looked at my account for the Lt order and it has switched to shipping soon status and cant be changed. Im keeping my fingers crossed that it ships out Monday or Tuesday this week. I want the LT golden collection bad. I think next year I'll buy it at target, since I saw their selling it for 45.99.
B&M next year for me probably

I have Sam Goody holding a copy for me. I'm leaving preordering DVDs on Amazon for the Disney Treasure sets.
