I was getting worried - I have seen The Jetsons and Top Cat for over 4 months straight - as I did Fantastic Four and Johnny Quest before that. Lets see some others sprinkled in to keep the rotation alive - I am just now building the H&B Library at my house so dont yet have some odds and ends. CHAN CLAN I cant wait for!

I'm glad to see the return of "Casper and Friends"!
What will the Friday marathons for November be?

> Did we ever get the last 3 that they didnt show? Can you scan the listing and alert us if they show those three episodes? I have them all except this one, so unless its the 3 we need, show me some other stuff! Funky Fantom! Jossie and the pussycats in outerspace! Clue club! ANYTHING except endless Jetsons, scooby, and stuff. Thankfully, they are resting ROCKY AND BULLWINKLE as well as UNDERDOG.

Not only can I NOT get the normal BOOMERANG SCHEDULE PAGE to load for 3 days (can you guys?) but the direct tv grid only goes to the first THURSDAY of nov so far. I suspect by monday I will be able to advise.
I wouldnt mind another December FLINTSTONES thing where they show the rarities and odds and ends. I just got all the PEBBLES AND BAMBAM which is goin into its 3rd or more month(!)

There are still three Casper shows and three Magoo shows that have not aired on Boomerang yet.
I wish they'd drop "Pebbles" and expand the Cartoon Corral to one-hour again. Or they could at least replace "Pebbles" with another Flintstone spin-off. Also, dump the hour of Scooby. After this month is done with I am sure everybody will be sick of that dog.
I also can't get to the Boomerang schedule page, and the one available on the press site only goes to Oct. 26. I'm sure the November schedule will be online by Monday.
Boomerang announced back in March they were going to have a 4-day Looney Tunes marathon over Thanksgiving weekend. The Friday marathons MIGHT be Looney Tunes. But that is only a guess.
Also announced back in March:
Flintstones Week: December 15 – 21 (featuring original episodes, movies, and TV specials)
A Very Jonny Christmas (Jonny Quest marathon): Dec. 25
A Hadji New Year (Jonny Quest marathon): Dec. 31
Boomerang's Weekend of Saturdays: Jan. 1-4 (every two hours will be represented by a different year)

YES! Casper and Friends is back. Other than that, the schedule doesn't seem to be changed much except for an un-needed hour of Scooby.

Yabba Doo is Scrabby's another uncle, who is a sheriff in the Old West. I think he is Scooby's brother or great uncle.

That Nov. 1 Schedule does look good..however, since they highlight a particluar year of cartoons each Saturday, this could well be the week for 1965 or 1966 to be featured That might be a week to tape for me..

Ya know something? I think I remember seeing that spinoff series as a kid (I actually watched some of the Scooby spinoff series   ). Didn't they have a human friend as well? And no, it wasn't Shaggy.

The concern about accuracy could relate to not all of those shows being released in the same year. "Quick Draw McGraw" aired in 1959-1961 and "Top Cat" from 1961-1962. Are they using rerun years or something?

Yeah, their human friend was Deptuty Dusty. He kind of looked like Shaggy and acted like him.

The Idea behind each "year" featured seems to be to show what would most likely have been aired on a typical Saturday morning on a Major network in a particular year. The Flintstones had just finished their prime-time run in 1966. Quick Draw was on CBS Saturday mornings for a year or so around this time as was Magilla Gorilla on ABC and Top Cat had been on at least 2 of the networks' Saturday morning schedules, if not all 3 by this time.
