G.I. Joe, Transfomers, and Jem (That was set in the same universe apparently) would all count I think since they Joe and Transforemrs G1 were Marvel comics, but I'd wait for an official ruling.

Transformers G1, GI Joe, Jem, Inhumanoids and etc. were Marvel comics but they weren't in the same universe as the Marvel Superheroes. The Transformers and GI Joes weren't listed in the Official Marvel Universe handbooks for instance. I saw the Marvel logo at the end of these cartoons; is (was) Sunbow owned by Marvel?

They were initially in the same universe. Spider-Man even appears in an early issue of Marvel's Transformers comic.
Transformers and GI Joe were Marvel/Sunbow coproductions. Marvel also wrote much of the premise for Transformers and the toys' techspecs.

Damn Straight! The Marvel/Sunbow cartoons should be included. And oh yeah, Jem made sort of a cameo in Iron Man #231, so she count as part of the Marvel Universe to some extent.

If the Transformers were part of the Marvel comics universe, they should not have been. I guess Gem is okay but the Transformers storyline just doesn't fit with the Marvel superheroes universe. I figure the Transformers/Spidey crossover was probably a one time thing.
This was discussed when the board first came about, and the official ruling is that they aren't discussed here. Please take any further discussion to the general animation board. :)

After Spider-Man's appearance in issue #3, Marvel decided to make their Transformers comic a seperate universe for that very reason.
