Angel tries to protect a woman who's been bitten and transformed into a werewolf from evil restaurateurs who want to turn her into an exotic dish.
Sounds like a nice filler episode with werewovles which havent been discussed in the Whedonverse for quite some time. I also predict a revelation of ome knd at the end of this, although somewhat small.
Your predictions and talkback...?

wasn't a bad ep. Wasn't a spectacular ep. I don't know about this season. I liked the ep, but i keep comparing it to last season. Oh well. I hope the whole spike thing is resolved soon. Does anyone thing they'll bring him back w/o a soul? Doubtful right?
Does anyone thing that Gunn is really leaking info to the heads of wolfram and hart? Maybe he doesn't even know.

That werewolf eating thing was really creepy, next week's episode looks tops.

Enjoyable filler. Not really much else to say about it.
Werewolf and Vampire... hm. that sounds awfully familiar..
Ironic that not to long after the Underworld movie, Angel finally brings back werewolves into the storylines.
That was really weird with that place was gonna serve her as dinner.
Poor Spike, I'm really feeling bad for the guy. He should suck up his pride and let Fred tell Angel what's wrong.
Overall an A. I've definitely liked this seasons episodes more than last years. I've watched each one and have come away satisfied. I like the direction Angel is going and it looks like my thoughts about Spike might get some answers next week.

What to say, what to say?? I liked the episode and enjoyed it. This is the first time a werewolf story was told on "Angel," I believe and I like how it was refreshed by adding some new Whedon monster myth. There were some Angel trademarks I enjoyed seeing such as the sketch of Nina and the reference to puppies. Also a nod to Buffy and Sunnydale with the organized, demon hunting organization discussion.
What I liked best about this episode was the ending. Even though he was giving some good guidance to Nina, the message was also a reminder for himself. I was also thinking about Doyle when I saw the ending, because in the very first episode of "Angel," Doyle's first lesson for Angel was getting him to connect with humans or else he'll eventually lose his humanity, and the people he's meant to save may become his prey. Angel tells Nina the same thing when he says she should keep her loved ones close or else the monster will take over. It's a nice connection to the entire series, and a reflection of Angel at the very beginning to Angel now, which may be his last season.
EDIT: I just had to mention the very, very, very end when Angel has his friends over for Chinese. Sorta forgot while talking about Doyle. It was a nice touch to show Angel's keeping his loved ones close too, and a great way to end the episode all tied up in a neat bow.

An enjoyable episode this week. Some good humour( I fought a Werewolf once. The battle went for hours and I almost lost a thumb. Angel killed him with a pen) I really felt bad for the girl infected as a werewolf. I've also always had a liking for werewolves and was glad to see them explored since they haven't been mentioned since Buffy's fourth season. Kind of bizarre storyline about eating them though. Overall **** episode though I have to say that I am really excited about next week's episode. It looks like a good one.

I ca't fairly judge this episode since I saw it right after I came home from "Kill Bill", so i was a bit too keyed up to get into the set up, but over all it was a decent ep i'd say.
I did like that they improved their werewolf design and made the change fit into the plot. I feel sorry for Wesley though, all he got out of the deal was a silver pen..and then it got covered with werewolf. poorguy.
And why was Gunn toating the shotgun and not Wes?

Well, I'm a sucker for Spike, and I had really hoped that he had led Fred to that guys office on purpose. (Was is just luck? Was it on purpose? Do we really know?)
I thought the werewolf plot was only so-so. I would have been more interested
if Oz had been involved. :anime: (He mastered his inner wolf, why can't nina?)
My favourite moment was probably the very end, with the gang hanging out at Angel's new flat.

This was an ok Episode I really liked how they did the Werewolf but it was not that great from the other 2. Also Next Week episode looks to be good.

Oz mastered his inner wolf? Sheesh. This is why I never watched Buffy.
This episode was great. The whole werewolf eating thing gave me some disturbing chills.
Looking forward to seeing her again.
Next week...oh yeah. I'm already into it. Can't wait.

Oz mastered his inner wolf?
Well, as long as he wasn't around Willow, apparently. This was covered in season four of Buffy.
I dunno, I didn't think this episode leapt any further than "okay, I guess". Season five is getting progressively better as it goes along, but it's such a far cry from the heights of the past few seasons.
