Did you actually get this from a Sonic X episode? I'm sure that if you did, there would be a reasonable explanation for why this scene would end up the way it did. And if you (or someone else) just moved around the character models so that shot would come out, then it's that person who has the sick mind.

I don't think that's real. Sure, I've seen cases where pics from animated shows taken out of context can look rather dirty (one instance I remember where a shot from Digimon Frontier was posted on a Digimon board, and while it was from a scene where a bad guy was merely charging into a good guy and knocking him down, for that one frame it looked like the bad guy was...er, orally pleasuring the good guy; and, yes, other people thought that too :o ), but that one seems too blatant to be real. Plus, it seems like a recompostion.
