well, i dont know a definite release date, but matt greenfield and others from ADVFilms spoke at AnimeFest in dallas last month, and said they were still in the middle of dubbing it.

ShoPro does indeed have the translation/broadcast rights (http://www.shopro-entertainment.com/doraemon.html) for Doraemon. The home video distribution rights for their shows usually go to Viz (Inuyasha, Hamtaro, Corrector Yui), but if ADV was talking about it, then I guess they somehow managed to get the home video rights...

how can that show stay on for so long
