I finally taped an HBO airing of "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" this morning, and from what I can tell, it's uncut. I don't have the DVD to compare it with yet.

Is Betty Boop topless for a frame? Does Baby Herman "goose" a female PA on the live action set in the beginning of the movie?

I taped the tail end of the season premeire of "The Magical World of Disney" in 1988, which was about Roger Rabbit, and it included the scene of Baby Herman walking between the woman's legs, so this may have aired on network television uncensored.

The "goosing" is definitley there. I don't believe there's a topless Betty in it. (what a scary thought!!! :o)

The sad thing is that somewhere, there's probably somebody who's very intrigued by that though.... :o

Was the "pig head" scene left in?

For what I know that scene was cut from the original release yet restored for some video releases. TV prints seem to not include it.

The "Pig Head" scene is an extra on disc #2 of the current DVD release.

Apparently, that scene was never fully completed, or the final version was lost. It's included as a bonus feature on the DVD, though part of it is shown as line-drawn animation if I remember right.

I remember about 10 years ago, Roger Rabbit was aired on either CBS, ABC, NBC. This airing had the toon pig head scene intact.

The pig head scene was added for the network television premiere. The networks did that a lot back then to get viewers to watch "their" version; I remember a TV Guide ad for Dead Poets Society promised something like 10-15 minutes of added footage, and the network broadcast of Dances with Wolves added about 50 minutes of deleted scenes.

Hey, J.J., Betty Boop does appear topless for one frame in "Betty Boop's Rise To Fame". It's a cheater where the new animation shows her changing costumes between each bit of an older cartoon.

I remember that cartoon. I guess that's why the animators on Roger Rabbit supposedly did the same thing; as an "homage" to the original Fleischer animators.
