I don't know if I should say this, but I once had a weird dream similar to Jon Cooke's dream, except it was just one cartoon. I read on the internet that there was an unreleased cartoon from late 1967. There was also a video file (I think it was an MPEG). I think it was called "Tasmanian Devil Busted" with all the main characters except for Marvin the Martian and Merlin and Second Banana and newer characters. If I'm not mistaken, it was directed by Alex Lovy, with assistant directors Chuck Jones, Bob Mckimson, and Friz Freleng. It had some Hanna Barbera sound effects and started and ended with the black background W7 Looney Tunes logo used around that time. It also had Cool Cat in it. The plot (if I can remember it) is that the Tasmanian Devil gets in trouble and arrested.

I recall a recent dream where I was in a laundrette and Bill Thompson was sitting next to me. I've no idea if that has anything to do with my future or not!

I wonder what Tazmanian Devil would look like if he appeared in Bill Hendrick's WB toons.

What an ironic thread, just last night I had a weird Looney Tunes dream:

I dreamt I was watching a B&W Looney Tune from 1939/1940, the season that used the picture of Porky tearing through the drum as the LT title card. Well, I guess I was thinking of the special case where Chuck Jones had the new LT theme song used once for "Joe Glow The Firefly"....

In this cartoon, the WB shield zoomed up as usual.... then it cross-dissolved into a drum while the theme played as usual. Porky ripped out, and froze in the pose we recognize, then the lettering faded onto the image and it remained as we know it. The cartoon was called, "Genie With the Light Brown Hare" and it was actually a B&W Bugs Bunny cartoon where Bugs was getting chased by a sabre-toothed tiger. He was much like a Chuck Jones design too. In my dream, I was thinking (probably along the light of how entirely new tracks are being discovered by artists like Elvis Presley and the Beatles), "WOW!! Nobody ever knew about this cartoon!! It must have been shelved because it wasn't in colour.....!!!"
