I just got done reading Incredible Hulk TPB 4. Abomination which reprints Incredible Hulk #50-54 and while there was some mention of what happen to Betty Ross I was wondering if anyone could fully fill me in?

Howdy,
Short version: she died of gamma radiation poisoning in Incredible Hulk #466.
Longer version: well, go check out hulklibrary.com's page on Hulk's girl friends (http://www.hulklibrary.com/hulk/info/girl-friends-main.asp) and find out more than you probably wanted to know.

Thanks Ace. In Incredible Hulk v.2 #54, Nadia (Emil/Abomination's wife) was talking to Abomination and said the following " I did my homework, Emil...if a little late...You killed Banner's lover, Betty Ross. Or worse...resigned her to a state of inert stasis...a living corpse in a glass coffin!"
What does she exactly mean, anyone know?
I'm asking about Betty because I think that Betty Ross could be....Mr.Blue!

I'm asking about Betty because I think that Betty Ross could be....Mr.Blue!It's actually explained in the link Ace provided. The last time we saw Betty was in Incredible Hulk #24, if memory serves me correctly. The issue stands out because, A) it's the first issue of John Romita Jr's run on pencils, and B) Betty is visible in her stasis chamber on the cover. Up until this point (issue #24) Bruce believe she was dead and gone, and she still is, there's just a chance she could be revived some day. Betty was one of the front-runners for being "Mr. Blue", but writer Bruce Jones has been adamant that he IS NOT bringing Betty back. You never know. My money is on Agent Verdugo.

Thanks Cap you made it a lot clearer :) I haven't heard Jones say he's not bringing back Betty, I'm sure he will keep his word so I guess that rules out my theory. Well we all will find out soon enough...
