On October 31st I will be posting my third Midwinter story. There will be a Halloween party scene and you are all invited to be written in. Just reply or e-mail me to let me know what costume you would like to appear in at the Vreeland Mansion.

Hi Panther! Hope you don't mind me replying here and now. I'll attend, and thank you for the invitation! Being Batgirl, I'd suppose the natural choice would be Batgirl... how dreadfully unoriginal. So, If you please, I'd like to attend as Mirage. Just in case you don't remember Mira's costume, I'll give it to you so you don't have to look it up. There's a white tank top, with a black lace up vest (think Mideval (sp.). Black pleather shorts, midthigh, fishnet tights and knee high black boots. White body paint covering all showing areas, black: eye shadow, lip stick, Eye brow paint (sorry, don't know what else to call it) and black hair. Glitter sparkled over the hair all complimented by a flowing black cloak. If you think it's too detailed, let me know... I kinda got a feeling it'd be a lot to type. Just thought it'd be funny. Until we meet again. Please give my reguards to Ms. Midwinter.

Ok, I've got two RSVP's. So far Batgirl and D. of E. have requested a presence at the Vreeland Mansion. And no, there is no limit on details you want to tell me to make sure I get the costume right.

Any one else? It shaping up to be wicked...

Boo! I'm alive! BWAHAHAH-->hacks< Yeah, I could never do that right...>ahem<

What shall I be dressed as? >takes a deep breath<

Hm...I shall be an 18th century vampiress. Hell, I'm pale enough. :) I'll wear a floor length black dress, that's a low cut V--hey, c'mon, it's fanfic, waddaya expect?--with little silver frill lacing around the edges. A corset will flow to my hips where the dress will then flare out with layers upon layers of shimmering ebony fabric. The cut of the front will continue up my shoulders, where the cloth again will be form-fitting down to my wrist, the top cutting into a V that has a loop at the end, sliding over my middle finger easily. My silver hair will be pulled back into an elaborate half pony tail, falling over my exposed pasty white shoulders. (I am pasty white, by the way. :D) A black mask will cover most of my face, the botom cutting from the bridge of my nose down to the sides of my chin, the only thing showing from above my nose being my featureless white eyes. Finally, my normally silver lips will be painted a shiny black, my teeth complete with one inch fangs, which makes my lips pout out further.

wow! this is such a cool idea! i would love to be a part of it. i'll dress up as the part of a wonderfully misunderstood character.

Hey Panther... who's all involved? Cuz with Halloween around the bend I know the story's almost done... The whole Selina thing just kinda got my attention. Who's Babs gonna be? I was just wonderin' if maybe... I dunno... maybe it could be an inside joke if she went as Mirage? Or not... Just curious. Oh, and btw, the costume party in LTP is the annual Gotham Halloween Bash held by the PD. All sorts of fun peeps will be there... There'll be Harvey and Rene and Jim and of course... Uncle Jon, esp. made for you! Can I private message you for some advice? I'm not too good with parties... And you're kinda the resident expert on Gotham city bashes with Cinderella and all...
