What would they be and why?
For me It would definitely be-

1. Batman - he's my favorite character of all time. Id like have more intense story lines (maybe a animated Contagion storyline) and some different characters introduced like Deadshot, Lady Shiva & Azrael.

2. Justice League - my favorite team of all time . My JL would be comprised of Batman ,Superman, Wonder Woman,Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner),Aquaman,The Martian Manhunter, Flash (Wally West) and Steel.

3. Superman - my second favorite of all time.I'd like to see Mongul animated as a Superman villain and If I had the money he would be.

4. Dc Universe Animated - Just To see what else is going on in the animated universe. it would be a series comprised of 90 min storylines featuring people besides just Batman,Superman and The JL. I'd have Wonder Woman , Nightwing,The JSA and New Gods all featured in animated specials the first season.

I'd try to stay away from properties that were already brought to TV by others and focus on new material.

1) BLUE BEETLE-A fun character, but I don't like the direction DC has taken him (I HATED his appearances in the Adventures comics...they made him TOO goofy.) I'd also bring whatever Charlton heroes DC currently owns into the series. For the flavor of the show, I'd go back to the older stories from Charlton for the tone and look of the show.

2) NEW GODS-Jack Kirby's New Gods would make an awesome series, and to see his style in an animated form would be quite rewarding.

3) WATCHMEN-If I had Bill Gates money, I could pay Alan Moore enough to make it worth his while to put his stamp of approval on this one. A Watchmen animated moive would be awesome if handled right. Of course, I'd hire Terry Gilliam to do the 12 hour version he wants to do.

4) ATARI FORCE-I know I could never get this done due to contractural reasons, but this was perhaps one of my favorite sci-fi comics of all time, and I felt it was highly underrated.

5) 'MAZING MAN-A great comedy series that was far more appealing to a wider range of readers than I think people gave it credit for. And it could translate well to an animated series!

1. Inque: The Animated Series
2. Clayface: The Animated Series
3. The Parasite: The Animated Series
4. Plastic Man: The Animated Series ------ well at least an updated version cause there already was one from a long time ago.

1) New BTAS episodes, for obvious reasons.
2) Watchmen, just like calhoun said
(Venturing into Vertigo territory)
3) Swamp Thing - the original, not his daughter - I'd make it a more serious effort than the movies and other incarnations - this would have to be a more adult oriented version that would air on cable and follow the comics storylines.
4) Tie between Hellraiser (I love that John Constantine) or the Peter Gross version of Books of Magic (screw you Harry Potter, Tim Hunter came first!!!).

If I had Bill Gate's money I would make a LIVE ACTION Justice League movie. But, if I could not do that here is the animated shows I would do:
-Justice League
-Superman
-Batman (written like the orig.Batman Animated series)
-Legends (Various stories using different heroes)

All the stories would be written for older viewers, not kiddyfied.

Wasn't a Swamp Thing series in the works at one point? I am having a sense of deja vu that I have read about that before at some point.

My picks:
Flash- He should have an animatied seires, that lasts longer. With Impulse as a reoccuring guest star
Nightwing- A great character whao needs some devlopment.
Superman- Not much diffrent from the origional.
Batman- Restart this series (Maybe in a silghtly diffrent direction.)

If I had Gates kind of cash, I'd produce.

Over sized house the Saga.

The Challenge of desciding on how many T.V's to buy.

Video Games galore TAS.
or

Joey's Adventures: Beating off attractive members of the opposite gender with a staff.

Seriously though.

I'd want to see Firestorm maybe. (cool charecter not very well known)

The New Gods may be nice.

Green Lantern for sure (with the right team their is no end to the possibilites)

Maybe Wonderwomen, or Aquaman.

And I was going to say JLA but you know that's coming :o :D

If I could take back my previous choices and make only one (well, I accidently picked 5 when the original post only asked for four and I don't want anybody think I am now picking a SIXTH choice. I just thought of one I would like to see above the others I chose!)

DARK CLAW!!!!

YOUNG JUSTICE! I love this comic, and I know a lotta people who'd love to see this.

THE FLASH! Along with all the supporting characters, this'd be cool!

SUPERMAN! 'Cause why the heck not?

JUSTICE LEAGUE! In order to get everyone else in!

More than just that, actually! There were several terrible live-action movies, a terrible live-action TV show, and a very short lived, terrible cartoon series. Basically, there hasn't been a really good version of the series done yet, so if I had the money, I'd make one the right way!

The Legion of Superheroes

Teen Titans

Watchmen

Dial H for Hero

That's it! That's where I knew about the Swamp Thing cartoon! It's coming back to me now, they had a mp3 of the theme song posted on comicbookresources.com! I have never watched it, never paid attention to it, and from the sound of it, never missed anything either!

I have watched the movie, tho. People I know like it, but they aren't fans of the comic book. I think fans of the comic book know better!

Really dark Batman show that is very close to the comics

An Epic Superman show with an overarching story interesting characters and deaths of major characters

A Sleeper / Point Blank TV-MA series on HBO

A Justice League Unlimited Beyond Show based on BB's The Call and JLU's Once and Future Thing (Set in the DCAU)

If I wasn't limited to just 4 I would also do:
