But, honestly, I'm more concerned about what characters I DON'T want to be in next years battle. They REALLY need to cut out Link, Cloud, Sephiroth, Mario, Squall, Donkey Kong, Samus, etc.

It seems you want all the Nintendo and SS characters gone..... Well I can understand link leaving concidering he won last year but you cant just ditch The Big N and SS characters just because people vote for them. I think they should just start the tourtament off more fair ( for example) put crono vs cloud (instead of crono vs tom nook what kind of bullpooh is thatt?) or mario vs samus this way alot of the people who are most likely to win would get cut in half. Therefor giving more people a chance of wining.

No, I just want to ditch all the characters that are going to be shoe ins for the higher positions. I thought I mentioned Solid Snake and Sonic but I guess I forgot.

I'd rather they put in some more obscure Square and Nintendo characters instead. It'd be great to see Pit, Brave Fencer Musashi, Kain, Geno, etc. instead of the mainstays. Makes things a bit more interesting.
