Dexter's Rude Removal (A Dexter episode with swears?!)

I heard there was a Dexter's Laboratory that wasnt appropriet for "younger viewers" cause it had bad words. This was shown at The Los Angeles Comic Book and Science Fiction Convention, on July 12, 1998 (Exactically 5 years ago!) which Genndy himself made an appearance and showed this episode to the people who were there. I searched this and I found no clip of it, but alot of websites had information on it. The Plot I heard was Dexter feels that DeeDee is rude so he decides to zap her to make her polite but it seperates her into a good polite half and a bad rude half. The rude half swears and does other bad things and Dexter must fix DeeDee before the rude half does something really bad.

Maybe they could air it on adult swim... anyone else got any information on this?!
