With the success of Kikaider

I think the creators of the series should make a serious anime version of Zyuranger. The dragon and tyrano brother to brother battle would be wicked awsome in animated form. Maybe it would have to be as serious as Kikaider, but something similar with similar animation.

Well there is Cyborg 009, so if that and Kikaider both get high ratings they might think of bringing over Zyuranger. Or they might not.

I don't think you understand what I am saying DianaGohan. I'm saying that I think it would be cool if the animation team behind Kikaider made a semi-serious anime based on the sentai Zyuranger. It hasn't been made yet. The live action show was brought over to America though... And I think we all know what that became.

I'd be interested in seeing subbed episodes of that, but as of now I've only seen the episodes in Japanese without subs and the Americanized version.

If you're talking about Kikaider then the ratings have most likley already come in and it must have been a lot of people watching if they call it a success.

No I mean IMO it wasn't lame. Therefore IMO it was a success. It turned out okay.

I would love animated and serious Zyuranger, but not by the Kikaider animation team, since they're cheap and incapable of doing fight scenes. They insist on using as little movement as possible, which flys i the face of the term "animated".

Out of the 20+ Sentai series, why would they choose Zyuranger? Nothing against it, mind you...

If anything Go Ranger would get the anime treatment before Zyu. It was the first sentai after all. I do agree, the Tyranno-Dragon fight would look great animated.

I think it'd be cool if each Sentai series was animated like an anime that was popular when it out (ie, GoRanger animated like a popular 75 series, Flashman like a popular 86 series, etc).

While Zyuranger is good I'd have to agree that older Sentai would (should) be animated first. Like Go ranger(The very first series) and Battle fever J (first to have mecha). Also they would have a better chance of being popular in Japan than america. Namley because of the watered down PR.

Just a side note, the creator of Kikaider is the creator of Kamen Rider and some sentai series, namely JAKQ.
