It's kinda hard for me to really chime in on this because, well, I'm a girl but there are some really cool animated "babes" out there.

Favorite will have to come in as favorite all around instead of just looks.

Harley Quinn: She's so cool... she is my favorite comic book character and then in Batman the animated series, she's awesome. She can kick some butt and she's a sweetie even though she can look like a dumb blonde at times. She's less dumb in the comic now, but for a cartoon, she was pretty good. I love her voice. Arleen Sorkin rules. :harley:

Marge Simpson: She can do everything, and put up with anything, and even though she can have a few occasional snaps... she is the ultimate woman, ultimate wife, and the ultimate mother. She makes a simple green dress and necklace look classy and up-to-date even after all these years.

Leela: For a one-eyed mutant, she's got a good attitude and she also can kick some butt. She's a skilled pilot and has a genuine personality. She also has more of a real body than some other characters I see on TV. More weight to it, and overall, she balances out quite well. Some spunky hair, one eye, a superb voice actress, and Leela works. She's also Clobberella :D

She's got some cool moves, and does it all in a smart suit. Shes not a babe-babe, but she still is very cool and one of my favorite animated women characters.

Agent Elle (L) (http://www.mibhq.com/SeriesElle.htm): How can I not say Elle? She's my ultimate favorite. She's everything girls could hope to be: Smart, Bold, and pretty without coming off as 'too much'. She's strong and can handle alien weapons without a problem. Her sense of humor is awesome (in an episode where alien technology turned the agents into "superheroes", improving on their natural characteristic strong points--- Kay was a man of stone and so forth--- Elle said something to the effect of "Well, i'm not any more attractive than usual" when she was trying to figure out what power she had).

She's a woman in the MIB and when she runs off to help Kay and Jay, Zed tells her not to "go Nancy Drew" and she simply took a hoverbike and said "Nancy Drew never had one of these..." and ever since I first saw her... she's been my favorite.

As for being blonde... I'm happy because she goes and shows us that blondes aren't stupid. In the movie she had dark hair, and I was surprised when I first saw an image of her on the original cartoon page. I was like... "huh?" but after that... I never complained. :elle:

She's pretty either way, and makes her suit look good.

Aarin Gend (PC game "Neverwinter Nights") - Even though I didn't play the game, this spymaster can get any girl's heart (I actually watched my brothers play, so I know most of the characters in NWN). Now...if he wasn't in love with billions of female Player Characters playing NWN.... (his broody look is hot, though :shrug: )
Reiji Kageyama (from anime series "Gatekeepers 21") - Although old, he looks cute! :anime: He's also brave! He looks better when he looks younger though. I had a fanfiction idea when he goes on vacation and falls in love with a girl in cahoots with the Invaders, but I didn't write it down.:(
Agent 47 (from "Hitman" video game series) - I also didn't play this game, but my eldest brother played the demo of "Hitman: Codename 47" and he and my other brother played "Hitman 2: Silent Assassin" and I watched them play some missions. He's not that much of a handsome chap, but he's cool. But then again, he's scary. :eek: I have a fanfiction idea of when he gets a female partner so different than him...and a romance sparks. :eek: I can't write it because I didn't play the game. Sad, no? :( Same goes with Aarin. :sad:

As you can see those are my favorite hunks so far in the animated world. There's a few others, but those are from TV shows that aren't animated.

Sailor Scouts (anime series "Sailor Moon") I can relate to some of them. Besides, they're all pretty.
Girls of the AMP (anime series "Silent Mobius") - Also pretty. And they're very cool. But I don't know why there are naked pictures of them :eek:.
Eva Sirkowski (also called "Miss Dynamite") (from Flash anime/comic series "Miss Dyanmite") - hey, who doesn't like a female that can kick idiot's butts? And she can use any weapon to her disposal.
Shandala (from Flash comic/on-line animated lit. "Broken Saints") - The most innocent of the cast of "Broken Saints". She's been through a lot and yet she's survived. Unfortunately, something wrong happens to her in the end.
Red Monica (from comic series "Battle Chasers")- just liked how she still stayed sexy even though she was wanted, she has this knight (who's also her friend) trying to hunt her down, etc. This pretty bandit's pretty strong.
Princess Allura (from anime series "Voltron")- A pretty princess with power.

There's a lot more girls I like (not like LIKE, just like) because of some certain traits that make them cool. And no, I'm not a lesbian.

1. Mai Valentine of Yu-gi-oh;) :D I happen to like her a lot on the show. She has no friends except for Joey. She always tries her best to win, even if she tries too hard. :) She's fantastic and lovely.:)

BATMAN/BRUCE WAYNE- Okay, I am as obsessed with the guy as much as Barbara Gordon is!In fact more! I mean who, in their right mind would not fall for him.He is your typical hunk, tall, muscles that rival superman's, slicked back black hair, pierceing blue eyes, strong,chisled jaw, well defined hands...And what even more attractive is the way he carries himself.As Bruce Wayne, it's the smirk.I could die right there.As batman, it's everything! His attitude, his agility, the gracefull manner in which his cloak always falls behind him,the way his eyes narrow into slits when he's thinking...:anime: (sigh) I got it worse than Miss Gordon herself!!!!I could stare at him all day...;)

DIMITRI-There is really no comparison compared to Batman.really, but...I love his personality...and the smirk!!!
