JL Pencil toppers in UK

Well, this is odd news but I thought you guys would want to know about it. In the UK, the breakfast cereal Weetos is running a promotion where there is one JL pencil topper in each pack. The characters are hanging off of a bendy bit of plastic so that when you shake the pencil they do a 360 degree spin around it. All of the JL members from the animated series are available.

And there are some reasons I'm glad I don't live in the UK and there are some reasons I'm not. And this one is... JL Pencil Toppers??!!... Okay, I don't know what this is. I just want to know if they plan on bringing this prize to America (another nuetral answer, BTW).
