I have no clue about any anime characters, but nice drawing, with a nice pose. I especially like the shading on the lapel and the pants.

That is one very cool action pose. Kenshin is my personal fav, but Aoshi is pretty dang cool himself. The effects you did with the pic are quite interesting and suit it very well.

I like how you've improved on the original. Usually on the show, he seems very "Sailor-Moonish" a la Tuxedo Mask. But you've given him that harder edge that his character actually portrays (especially from the lines you've given him under his eyes). I like it, that I do! :D (I want a Kenshin smiley! :( )

I think everyones sentiments have already spoken for me. The line work and shading are solid and the rendering is top notch.
