1. X2 - pretty much flawless in every area.
2. Spider-Man - also nearly perfect, but could've been a bit edgier.
3. X-Men - excellent, lays groundwork for the excellenter (is that even a word?) X2.
4. Daredevil - By my screenname you'd think this'd be higher, but the number of cuts and alterations for a short running time and PG-13 effectively disembowel the film with a wooden cooking spoon, leaving only hints of what should've been. Hopefully that directors cut will kick it up a few notches.

Haven't seen The Hulk, yet. Haven't seen the Blade movies and really don't care to.

1. Spider-Man
2. X2
3. X-Men
4. Hulk
5. Daredevil

I've only seen parts of Blade on tv, and it couldn't hold my interest so I'll just leave both of them off my list.

Let's see, out of the Marvel Movies I saw, I would go with

1. Spiderman
2. X-Men
3. Daredevil

All of great BTW.

Well, here goes:

1) Spider-Man
2) The Hulk
3) X-Men 2
4) Blade
5) X-Men
6) Daredevil
7) Blade 2

They are all good movies, but Spider-Man and Hulk are my two top faves. The only reason I have Spider-Man first is because of pure fanism :D

Mine are:

1) X2: X-Men United
2) Spider-Man
3) Hulk
4) Blade 2
5) X-Men
6) Daredevil
7) Blade

I'm hoping to see Spider-Man 2 top that list next year. And I got a bad feeling that The Punisher will be at the bottom.

I've never heard of no 70's Captain America or Fantastic Four (except the one that's in pre-pro), I've also never seen any of the Incredible Hulk TV movies. Here is the list of existing movies. This list is definitive, sinse only my opinion counts.

:D Blade 2
:) Blade
:) X-Men
 Howard The Duck
 Daredevil

1.) X2
In my opinion, there were only two real flaws in this one: the way Cyke got shafted for screen time, and the way Jean's self-sacrifice at the end was, debatably, unnecessary. Everything else was top-notch. Great movie, all I could have asked for in a sequel.

2.) X-Men
It's almost impossible for me to choose a favorite between this and its sequel. Though I felt that the sequel had, in many ways, a much stronger script, this one had a lot more great Patrick Stewart / Ian McKellan scenes. This one comes in a very close second.

3.) Spider-Man
This one was good, but it could've been much better. It started off very strong, and kind of fell apart in the third act. The CGI use was really obvious and fake-looking in my opinion, and the Green Goblin lacked any kind of motivation after he succeeded in whacking all the people who pissed him off. "Join me, Spider-Man! Think of what we can accomplish! I don't what it is, specifically, that I want to accomplish, but THINK of it anyway! Ha ha ha!!!" The movie was saved by some really great stuff like the wrestling sequence and J Jonah Jameson.

4.) Blade
A fun popcorn movie, nothing more. The three above it at least attempted to have something in the way of theme-- this one was just a fun special-effects fest with vampires. Nothing wrong with that, you understand, this was thoroughly enjoyable, just not as meaningful.

5.) Blade 2
Crap. Pure crap. The less said about this one, the better. I'm REALLY surprised that so many people liked this one better than the first.

Haven't seen yet, but plan to:
Hulk

Haven't seen yet and have no particular plans to:
Daredevil

From best to worst, out of what I have seen.

1- X2
Wolvie gets to cut loose (oh the pun, the pun of it all!) and pretty much just all around better action. Also good plot and great cameos.

2- Spider-Man
Very rarely do I see films more then twice in a theater. I saw this one three times and it still isn't boring. Plus Bonesaw Mcgraw rocked.

3- Blade
In addition to the movie being good I am a wesley Snipes fan. That whole fight at the end was great.

4- X-men
The Xmen came to life. Groovy.

5- Blade 2
Not as good as the first one, but it still had soem great moments. And the big knock down drag out fight at the end was lovely.

6- DareDevil
Decent but not great. Bullseye was a hoot though. I woudl love to see the uncut version.

7- The Punisher
I like this movie. It ain't great but Dolph looked like Castle. And I am happy, i mean really happy, that the stupid skull is not on his shirt. It just makes no sense. I mean he used to wear white gloves and boots and someone saw fit to remove those in the comics because of the shere stupidity of the idea.

8- The Hulk
It scores this high just because actually watching the hulk do his thig was fun. The movie aroudn that was a mess and overdone.

9- 90's Captain America.
Kudos for trying to recreate the uniform...and from my basic understanding of caps story it was fairly accurate. It jsut happened to suck.

10- Howard the Duck
I haven't seen this in a long time, but I seem to be a minor Howard fan. Plus anythign with a talking duck has to have some redemption.

11- Nick Fury
Horrid. But at least he actually looked like Nick.

12- 70's Captain America
I can still remember this. I wish i didn't

Out of those I have seen...

1) DAREDEVIL: Certainly not the best made, but my geek devotion will never let this sway. Can't wait for the uncut.
2) X2: Probably the perfect comic book movie.
3) THE HULK: Never mind, THIS is the perfect comic book movie, but didn't appeal to me as much as X2.
4) SPIDER-MAN: There was a time when this was the best comic book movie...but it certainly got the ball rolling.
5) X-MEN: Remember how friggin' cool this was after the plague that was Batman & Robin.
6) CAPTAIN AMERICA: Still can't believe I saw this.

And that's that.

OK, Keep in mind I haven't seen the Blade twins, or Daredevil, or anything before X-Men(although I want to see the 90s Captain America because it looks so awful... "I must cut off my hand to save my grip!"). And that poster for Punisher is the funniest thing I've seen, simply because it has "DOLPH LUNDGREN" in this UNBELIEVABLY huge font.

So, out of the four I've seen...

1.) X1/X2
There is no favorite here. Both movies are great. Each has different strengths that complement the other... X1 had stronger character moments, some great origin stories, and great use of characters... X2 had a stronger plot and breathtaking action.

2.) Hulk
I had a few problems with it but generally, I loved it. I think I like the TV show a bit better on the "adaptation" scale, but that's just me. As an adaptation of the classic era of the comics, they hit it dead-on. And Sam Elliott's Ross is still teh bom.

3.) Spider-Man
Good story, very faithful, the FX really ruined it for me. Overall, solid movie, maybe a little too light and Hollywoody for its own good, but still awesome.

Isn't it a federal CRIME to put Dolph Lundgren's name in big letters like that?

1. X2: X-MEN UNITED - As perfect as a comic book movie can be - totally geeky but still accesible to the mainstream audience.

2. THE HULK - Only seen it once, but loved it. Had some pacing problems, but the Hulk scenes were pure bliss... especially the desert/San Fran sequence.

3. DAREDEVIL - I honestly don't know why everyone hates this movie. The special effects are great (I can barely tell when the CG doubles are used) and Affleck gives the best shot he can. Garner is hot, and Farrell and Duncan are fantastic villains. Gets bonus points for following the comic very closely.

4. SPIDER-MAN - Not my favorite movie of all time, but watching Spidey web-sling is worth the price of admission alone. More smart-alec quips next time, though!

5. X-MEN - Before X2 came out, I would have ranked this higher, but X2 esentially makes this movie obsolete. Still a good effort.

6. BLADE - I don't really count these movies in the same league as the "Marvel heroes". But I've always enjoyed this one, even though I'm not very fond of modern takes on vampires.

7. BLADE II - Only seen it once... the violence was nice, and probably started the CG stunt double trend. Also gives me a good idea of how del Toro's HELLBOY will turn out.

Haven't seen Daredevil at all yet, or have I watched the first Blade in its entirety either (just bits and pieces of it on cable), so they are both off the list entirely because it wouldn't be fair for me to rank them.

Anyway, here it is.

1-The Hulk: It is a work of art in my opinion, with acting ranging from solid to spectacular. It is well cast, well directed, has a great script with great depth that touches you and makes you think, and it has terrific F/X. Starts out slow and gets us to know the characters, and then it gives us the HULK SMASH!

2-X2: It is better then the original. It is tightly scripted, awesomely directed, has great characters, great action and great F/X. Slightly more "fun" then the original, but still has the basic soulful and thoughtful themes that the first one set up and uses them well. It takes you for a great ride and leaves you wanting more.

3-Spider-Man: A great and faithful origin story for the Webslinger with a great lead and a great leading lady, mixed with some mediocre acting in spots and a script that really needed more work. The Green Goblin is a disappointment, mostly because of the poor dialogue scripted for the character, as well as a bad choice for the characters look as apposed to anything William Dofoe did (which was the best he could). In spite of the flaws, it is great enough for the #3 spot on my list, with huge legs for sequels.

4-X-Men: Sets up the basic characters and the themes that lead to a much better X2. Weak fight scenes, a much shorter running time when it CRIED out for much more, and some weak F/X all hold it back from sharing the top spot with X2.

5-Blade 2: It is a fun action packed ride; with great characters, great fight scenes, decent special effects and a dark atmosphere fitting its Vampire theme, and a touch of the comic book sensibilities that are the main characters roots. Not much else though.

-X-Men 2-AWESOME.

-The Hulk-As said before, excellent, a work of out, I went in with low expectations so I was VERY pleased. I loved it, CG was either hit or miss though depending on the scene.

-X-Men- Save for the lower budget than X2 and minor flaws it was the first GOOD comic film since the 1989 Batman. Acting and casting rocked, dialog fit, jocks were timed well, action was good albiet the ending was a lil bit weak...my only real prob is "small"...the short Wolvie is no more...ah even Ultimate X-Men made 'em tall...drats.

-Spider-man- I liked it. But it was WAAAAY to CAMPY. Dafoe as Goblin was good...but the dialog sucked ass at times. Some scenes were pointless and cheesey, the CGI, the lack of motivation on Green Goblin's part and most importantly...WHERE WERE THE CRACKS!? this is a SPIDER-MAN FILM. "Nice suit, your husband make it for you?"-(We needed about 25 of those...what we got was 1). I thought Dunst was good but she overacted in a few scenes too.

-DareDevil- I have faith the DVD will make this a much better movie. In theatres the cuts butchered it, but I still feel I've only seen segments of it until I get to see the DVD. It's flaws were Fox's fault-Not Affleck's or anyone on the production teams.

-Blade 2- Low Budget, Bad CGI, but fun. Not a bad film.

-Blade- It brought us the great Marvel movies of today by savng Marvel financially so I'll give it some props. Pretty fun ride.

-Howard the Duck- Not a good film. But it has a freaking talking Duck so it can't be the worst I mean...a talking duck!

-Everything else- Craptastic.

Matthew Williams, Lundgren was a bigger name back then than he is now.

Personally, I'm surprised more of you haven't seen that movie. Now, if you're not interested in mob takeovers and don't know about Asian child slavetrade, then you might find the plot a little cheesy. Otherwise, I highly recommend you go pick it up.

Okay... so reviews are mixed on the Hulk. Some people really liked it, others thought it was the worst thing they'd ever seen. Some people are hailing Daredevil as the best Marvel property to hit the screen, some people couldn't stand it. Most people seemed to think X-2 was pretty good, but there were some exceptions to that as well.

So, I'm curious... which movie do most people think has been the best so far?

Vote in the poll, and then if you want, you can rank them in order in your post.

I would say...

#1 = Spidey
#2 = Daredevil
#3 = X-Men 2
#4 = Hulk
#5 = X-Men

I didn't include the Blade movies in my ranking because I only saw them once and that was awhile ago, so I'm not really sure how I'd rank those, other than to say I liked the second one better than the first.
