I had a tough time deciding, but my top three favorites would be:

THE KARNIVAL KID
THE BARNYARD BATTLE
HAUNTED HOUSE

But I could only vote for one so I chose BARNYARD BATTLE .

I picked as the best Iwerks/Mickey Mouse cartoon...
The Karnival Kid (1929)

This a very historical cartoon for starters, and it the very first time that Mickey speaks, but with a deeper voice. And the gags afre hysterically funny, including the Hot Dog scene where Mickey has to chase a wild Hot Dog.

CARTOON NOTE: This the very first cartoon when Mickey actually speaks for the very first time. But Walt Disney did not provide the voice of Mickey. But a famous musical conductor who found fame as the composer for the LT/MM cartoons, CARL J. STALLINGS.
