will nick air the minerva toons whole? what about the silhouette shower scene?

I recall an episode, 'Meet Minerva', where there's a silhouette of her dipping into a lake. However, I've never seen that one until they aired it on nick, so I don't know if it's whole or not.

I've seen only part of one Minerva Mink episode, "Meet Minerva," on Nick. As far as I could tell, it wasn't altered.

hmmmm....I remember a looooooonnnngggg discussion about that character back on the "old" Toonzone forum, I think it was before the LT/MM page or any of the others joined. Lusting after minks....it's not healthy. Just....go outside, or something.

Lusting after minks....it's not healthy.

Lusting after *ANYONE* (or anything) probably isn't all that healthy. But Minerva's a lot more human than mink in form and personality. I don't think lusting after her would be any more bizarre than drooling over any other animated character.

Just....go outside, or something.

What, in the rain?

Who are you to kick me out of my own house, anyhow? *YOU* go outside!

-C
Still a Minerva devotee, after all these years. So there!

There was quite the discussion on here awhile back about such things. Currently it's on Archive 10 & titled "The Dirty Dozen". If you don't wanna follow the arrows, so to speak, you can just follow this link: http://130.94.172.139/forums/showthread.php?threadid=2942 Imo it says all that needs to be said, much of it coming from Gookie & yours truly *CRACK!!!* OOWWW!!!! You'd think by now I'd know not to pat myself on the back.

There's a lot of girls I love besides Minerva from me, the expert of all the ladies.

Pepper Mills- I love a girl who jumps around and screams hyperactively. Since her and Toast are a lovely couple, I wonder if she have a older sister. ;)

Hello Nurse- Two words, hellooooo Nurse!!

Sedusa- A lingre wearing feminine criminal, what more do I want?

I learned it from Brock.:D

I'm sure, to go back to topic #1, if they air any Minerva eppy, it's bound to be edited eventually...if it wasn't altered, we probably got lucky.

...and I'm gonna get bashed by the resident Minerva fans here a lot, but I myself never understood the appeal about her. Maybe I just go for the human babes more....

I don't understand why. She's in silhouette, so the only thing you can see is the outline.

But maybe guys get a lot more excited about that kind of thing? As the Emperor in 'Quo Vadis' said to his wife, "A woman should never try to judge another woman, my dear. You haven't the glands for it."

Yeah, I don't think Nick will cut that.

They specialize in making really stupid, pointless edits (as in the ones in P&TB).

Yes, we do. Consider famed stripper Gypsy Rose Lee, who could tantalise men more with the suggestion of her nudity than actually disrobing. There are some women, as I've said before, who can do more for a man with one raised eyebrow than two [expletive deleted]s and a [expletive deleted]. Some can even do it with the sound of their voices, or a laugh....

you preach it, brutha! sexiness is more than looks. i know a laugh can turn me on. i still like roxanne's giggle in A GOOFY MOVIE. but i can't stand brittney spears or christina aguilera. life's funny that way.

Never saw the appeal of Minerva myself... I much prefer Fifi from Tiny Toons. Fifi's far more exotic and much, much cuter.
I think Minerva is a classic example of an overdone toon.
The animators set out to create an attractive character but tried so much they ultimately failed. Minerva has a really snotty personality and when it comes down to it, she isn't really a nice person at all.
Fifi on the other hand is completely and utterly adorable.

Okay, so I'm sad... sue me :)

Fifi is intrested in love and romance while Minerva on the other hand is more materialistic. She is not really intrested in love or romance but things and hunky guys. Minerva would go out with any hunk like Arnold the Pitbull and she'd go out with Montana Max if he named her price and Fifi did go the the prom with Hamton which is by no streach of the imagination a hunk thus Fifi and Minerva have opposing personalities.

Augh! The long-buried posts are rising from the dead! With their dated commentary and their confusing, forgotten references, they're invading the deepest recesses of my mind and are forcing out my sanity! The peril! Must wrap my head in aluminum foil to protect myself!

Ahem. Er, never been much of a Minerva person, myself.

Usually, personality is stronger than the overall apperance. I do like Minerva, even though she don't have too many of her own episodes. There's too much sex appeal in it. She may not be nice. But because she is selfish. Money and riches are better than a male. then, she like them big and strong. Minerva is generally alone.

This subject on Minerva, is the same what I've seen in the other forum I'm in (Eidosgames.com, Tomb Raider Series). There were restrictions on the member to watch what they post in reference to Lara Croft. Talkin about how big her busts are and everything. And one member of 1999 went to far and finally got kicked out of the forum. He tried to get back in by taking action, but the Administrators said no.

A girl with more body hair than me'd be a scary proposition. I'll take a human girl any day--like Mary Melody (though she's a bit young). Some might think I'd say Hello Nurse, but she's already married to her job.

It's not body hair it is fur so just think of it as going out with a girl that never takes off her fur coat and on the plus side with girls like Fifi you'd never have to undress them ;)

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!! And as the newbies continue to come in, the log-dead topics will continue to arise from their graves & come out among us! They're alive, ALIVE!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! No reason someone shouldn't be allowed to comment on something just because it happened before they got here. I like seeing what they think. But that's just me.

She strikes me as too high-maintenance--an utter spoiled rich brat. I've been involved with girls like that, so I know how difficult they are. If it had to be a furry girl I got involved with, I'd say Babs--she's an impressionist, like me, so we could play well off each other. We'd be like Burns and Allen--folks'd invite us to all the parties and say, "Do that thing. You know, that funny thing that you do." The downside of a furry girl would be regularly grooming her--but I guess she can comb my beard and back hair, so...it all works out somehow. ;) :o
