Whattsa Matter With You?

I'm looking for the cartoon in which Bugs Bunny sang a song, using an exaggerated Italian accent, that went "Whattsa matter, whattsa matter, hey! Whattsa matter with you?!" Can't remember any other part of cartoon. If you can identify the cartoon and tell me if it's on a video compilation, that would be great.

It's called A HOUND FOR TROUBLE, but it has Charlie Dog, not Bugs. I don't know about videos though.

A Hound For Trouble is on the Canine Corps volume of the Looney Tunes Collector's Edition set from Columbia House.

Bugs sings the same song while he is preparing the Tasmanian Devil's 'Wild Turkey Surprise' in "Bedeviled Rabbit".
