It's Hamtaro time tickyticky kushi-kushi...Hamtaro!
Every weekday at 2:00 p.m. Cartoon Network is bringing us all new epiosdes of the most pint-sized anime yet!
You've got to love those Ham-Hams! So small and cute, and even though people say it's a little kids series, you know you love it even if you say otherwise! Am I right or what?
Monday: Who Stole My Shoe
Tuesday: Keeping Promises
Wednesday: Very Best Present
Thursday: How to Rescue a Wedding
Friday: Office Adventure
Only a couple weeks left. So don't let the fandom die and please reply! Oh and the move to 2 seems to have permenantly brought back the next episode previews. Any ideas why?

An episode with Hamtaro the Super Sleuth :p When I was first watching it I thought Roberto stole the shoes, but then I thought it was the crows, then the doggy, and then the monkey. That's alot of suspects. :anime: And we find out Roberto lives in a mansion. Anyway, good episode, I like that creepy monkey.

Yes, it certainly did keep us guessing. Props to this episode just for that. Roberto's puppy was darn cute, too.

So Kana's worried cuz she's too skinny :p Geez, I thought she was worried cuz she gained weight. I thought Bijou really got hurt, that Boss  exaggerating like that and making poor Hamtaro and Oxnard worried. Got to see Dr. Lion and his Vet mobile, too bad Pepe wasn't in it. Glad that Laura and Kana made up, hate when misunderstandings happen

Who would bet they changed it from too much weight to too little weight? :D
This is Japan after all, the land of 18 BMI's.
As for Boss, one woulda thunk he'd be glad that Hamtaro didn't show up. ;)

Who Stole My Shoe:
This was a fun lil episode. We actually heard Hamtaro zu'ing! I knew it couldn't be a crow stealing things since that was done before so it was either the dog, monkey, or Roberto! I was left guessing until the end! The monkey I really didn't like he was scary and nuts!
Keeping Promises:
A more serious episode then the last but it still had lotsa good moments. Kana's secret, Hamtaro and Oxnard clipping all them leaves, a Dr. Lion reappearance, and Howdys tree jokes were all good! All tired out Hamtaro was cute and he zu'ed again at the end rather then his usual heke? !
And on another note... why me!? Just as I make mention of them finally and consistently airing the next episode previews they stop! http://members.aol.com/kimminakochan/chicken.gif

Absolutely marvelous melding of the Ham-Ham plot and the human plot. They also kept us in suspence about Bijou's condition and the nature of the girls' fight, and that kept it exciting.
Dr. Lion is now the official local vet, it seems. Maybe only Bijou's owner uses the Rose of Versailles people. :p
When the ending tag always goes the same, it stands out when they do something different. This time, Hamtaro was too tuckered out to manage his usual "Heke!"

Mimi episodes are always fun, since the Ham-Hams work completely in the open around her.
Though I don't buy a tuna can sounding like a base drum.

How to Rescue a Wedding
Yoshi and Charlotte finally get married :anime: :D
Boy, Charlotte's dad sure is overprotective, not wanting to attend the wedding, locking her up, then trying to scare Yoshi with chickens, and then trying to pound him with the Chicken canon  I actually thought that there was a real canon, but it turned out to be a dirt ball  Hamtaro looked so cute with it's wings, how did they stay on?
Funny bits: Yoshi getting the wrong tuxedo
Wedding guests: Everyone including Jingle and Dr. Lion (where's Pepe?)
When did people start wearing pink wedding dresses

The wedding episode! Wai wai wai wai wai wai wai wai wai wai wai wai wai wai wai wai wai wai wai~~~~~~
Gomen. Got a little excited there.
Heh. Hamtaro got to wear strap on wings (http://www.megatokyo.com/index.php?strip_id=79).
The tuxedo mix up was pathetic, but then that's par for the course for Yoshi-sensei.
I guess the English script writers had a problem with Chairman Rooster treating his daughter that way. I'm really sure she said "I'm not going to the wedding without you" while locked inside the shed, and her distress call said "Come convice my father to come to the wedding" instead of "Come let me out of this shed." They even had Boss claim that he locked the door accidentally when we saw him unlocking it. How stupid do they think we are?
Chickens can't actually fly. Baby chickens even less so. Carrying a note no less.
I just hope this isn't the last we've seen of Charlotte now that this plot has reached its logical end.

Heh. Fun with the copy machine and the computer mice.
The return of the flamboyantly gay horror writer came out of nowhere. Yikes.
Wait a minute, when the Ham-hams talk, can humans understand them? I always figured they spoke in some sort of hamster squeek that animals can understand. And Mimi always reacts to their presence, but she doesn't respond to anything they say to her, so I just thought she couldn't hear them talking. But then the writer guy said "Talking hamsters?" Naw, they talk to each other all the time when humans are close by. He must have just seen them talking to each other or something.
Looks like no afternoon Hamtaro next week, then we pick up the week after for the last of the new episodes. Then it kicks in somewhere in the first season.

Very Best Present:
Mimi! I love having her around! Her dad is yet another in a long line of Maria fans which is cute. I laughed so hard when Hamtaro said the Ham-Ham Band should go on tour. That was just super adorable! Mimi's gift was great thanks to hampower and all ended well. Great episode.
How to Rescue a Wedding:
Laura and Kana's dads being all goofy over thoughts of them getting married...familiar faces in the wedding audience......and a tomboy bride being rescued by a cupid-hamster and a goofball teacher groom! This episode was far more complicated and unpredictable then what I'd expected it would be. Hamtaro with those cupid wings was ultra cute! Those chicka-chickas trying to fly with the note was hilarious! Charlotte's dad and the rooster cannon was nuts! I expected at the end when they said it would be post-poned, that it really would be. But I was tricked again when Chairman Rooster showed up and the wedding went through! Hooray!!
Office Adventure:
Yet another good episode this week. And it came just in time for father's day! The return of that crazy writer sure was unexpected. The ham-hams having fun with the office "toys" was just plain funny. I love how they don't usually know what human things are really for. Hamtaro, Oxnard, Boss, and Maxwell all had their faces copyed.. I wonder if someone would discover those papers? And Ray I think the hams can be understood by people. When they discovered the writer thought he was dreaming Hamtaro was like "whew I guess we can speak". Loved this ep.
Best of the Week: Isn't it obvious? How to Rescue a Wedding is the best! It had tough competition but we've been building up to this all season and it was classic and clever!

I guess I'm a little late with this.
Once again I'll agree with Rabi and go with How to Rescue a Wedding. We finally get to see the wedding after the Charlotte/Phillip story arc lasted so long. Hamtaro playing Cupid and being the one that started the wedding was interesting, and I thought they were going to delay it when Charlotte's father wasn't going to come. Very Best Present came close in second. Mimi and her family are some of the more interesting extra characters.
