TOKYOPOP is holding a contest for all aspiring manga artists. Are you one of them?

TOKYOPOP Inc. is thrilled to announce the launch of the second Rising Stars of Manga Competition!

Manga creators living in America and working in English are invited to submit their work. The top ten entries - as selected by TOKYOPOP's editorial staff - will not only receive monetary prizes, but will also be published by TOKYOPOP in the second Rising Stars of Manga anthology. In addition, the grand prizewinner will be invited to pitch a full-length manga story idea to TOKYOPOP executives for possible development as a graphic novel series.

Interested? Check it out! (http://www.tokyopop.com/news/mangatalent/index.php)

I'm glad Tokyopop is doing another one. It's a really neat contest and I can't wait to pick up the anthology of last year's winners (is it out yet?). I intended to send in my work last time but I didn't get it finished until it was too late. I think I'll touch it up and send it off to them next week. I hope they like it; I'm really proud of it.
