Now a VIACOM takeover of Disney/ABC would be worthwhile... Get Mickey and the Terry brood in the same bed at last:)!!! And both companies own all those amusement parks. Problem... it would leave Viacom (-Paramount-CBS) owning THREE broadcast networks (CBS, ABC, and UPN). The U.S. government would force the sale of ONE of them... AOL-Time-Warner would finally get a shot at owning either ABC or CBS.

Orrrrr we might see German mega-company BMG come after Disney/ABC. It would be a dream come true for them in some respects. Except to gain approval of the ownership of ABC by a GERMAN company would require that said GERMAN company change its country of organization to the U.S. and show a majority of the stock is owned by American individuals and investment companies... Buuuuut doing so would also bring ownership of ELVIS under the umbrella of the same company that would own Disney... Just envision NEW Elvis Cd's featuring duets with Mickey (or Donald).;):):):) We'd see animatronic Elvi (plural) at each Disney theme park, imagine the swooning crowds at that one!! Not Elvis imitators, the real voice just reincarnated in animatronics!!! A recreation of Graceland built (with the Presley family's blessing) at each Disney park... Vault Disney could also become "Vault Presley"!!! Need I say more...:D :D :D :D :D
