I've really been wondering about Neo Ranga, has anyone here seen it? is it any good? how long is it? the Box Set look like it cna hold 6 DVDs, but I hear the episodes are 15 mins. Is it a Comedy or a Drama? Please help.

i would love to know to cus the art on the boxes is nice. but i hate buying anime blindly

Neo Ranga is kind of cool. it is about three sisters who have no clue about their heritage until one day a giant comes lumbering out of the water heading into Tokyo.
the 15 minute episodes are sort of built like the way Steel Angel Kurumi was done giving a nice amount of story building while having individual adventures throughout.

is their atire on the DVD cover indicitive of what they wear normally (ie: nothing but toilet paper sheets and red tatoos) that's a mighty perk if so!

No, not at all. The Japanese just wanted to titillate and entice you to buy it. They did the same for My Dear Marie (Boku no Marie). ADV Films is well-known to do such controversial "make-overs" in ther descriptions and artboxes as well.
