it says the dvd forum isnt excepting new posts

why isnt the DVD forum accepting new posts is it just that board in particular or every board?

I got the same message on the DCUA yesterday. It only happened once though and I was able to post right after that.

I did some upgrading two nights ago but I don't see how that would have caused this problem. At least it went and corrected itself.
