Confirming the suspicions of many in the video game industry, Kemco announced that Batman: Dark Tomorrow for the Nintendo Gamecube has been delayed from launch to March of next year. The company, which also made the game version of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, attributes the delay to internal reorganization. "We had to work with DC Comics on rewriting part of [the game's] script," said a company spokesman.
The company did finally reveal that the game would be a 3D side-scroller that pits the Dark Knight against the Joker, though beyond that fact and the gorgeous CGI sequence shown at this year's E3, absolutely nothing is currently known about the actual gameplay.
