Kikaider ad

Look out for Kikaider ads.. apparently they're airing, I think.. but unfortunately they're airing in the COB, so I'm unable to see them. The first couple of seconds, though (before Comcast interrupts), is not text, it's actual clips from the show, so that's good.

They're going to be VERY RARE before midnight. CN usually tries to keep the AS ads out of Saturday nights until after midnight, but the ad aired at the end of YYH, in the COB. I could tell it was a commercial for a new show on CN, and by mere deduction it was easy to see it was Kikaider, since there is no other anime premiering on CN until July. It definitely wasn't a commercial for Kenshin because Kenshin doesn't have that kind of technology. Again, I only saw a couple of seconds.

wow, at first I said "Wow, am I watching Tech TV?" then i figured it was an ad for a DVD release, then i realized the main character. Woah. Well done.

Saw it. Man, it does look cool, but they said classic....so how old is Kikaldier? Whatever age it is, I still want to see it.

This anime is new. It's based, however, off an old 70s live-action show. I don't know why they said "A classic anime reimagined."

Saw it before ".hack//SIGN" aired, and it looks pretty sweet. I'd say it's one of the better ads for an Adult Swim anime, with more heart than, say, the "Inuyasha" ads.

The show itself looks pretty cool. It reminds me of the anime movie "Metropolis", where old-school manga styles are blended with modern, smooth animation. Hopefully the actual show will hold up.

I really liked the announcer for the ad. I think he's the best voice of ASA we've had yet.

I believe he's a popular TV announcer.. I've heard his voice before.. in something like Enter the Matrix ad or something.

I keep getting the 60% COB ad for it, just showing someone holding what looks to be a radio device and then cutting to other commericals. What does it look like anyway. It sounds like a really good ad.

Caught it before .Hack, it was cool.

I definetly think it was nessessary, to catch the eye of people who had no clue what the tone of the show was. The average viewer's range of what they watch differs, those turned off by Lupin needed to know that something that looks to have more action, freaky concepts, and a deeper emotional level was coming.

After the seeing the Kikaider commercial before .hack, I am really looking forward to June 9th. Too bad I have to take the SAT on Saturday. ::sigh::

Eah SATs man i hated them... hope you do well... Just remember SATs dont mean everything so dont kill yourself.

A little tip I find helpful that i did to do well on Math... I got that 10 Real SATs book and i did all 10 Math tests in there and i went from a 660 to a 750 so i think that may work. Verbal dont know i always thought you either know them or not :)

So has anyone got the Ad up yet? I didnt get to see it
