Aunt Pecky (Woody Woodpecker)

Woody Woodpecker tries to distract his mean neighbor Ms. Meany by dressing as his aunt, while construction workers are putting in his grand prize, a swimming pool.

Terror Tots (Splinter and Knothead)

Two dog bullies, Billy and Louie, try to scare Splinter and Knothead at an old abandoned house, where S&K are shooting a ghost story.

Carney Con (Woody Woodpecker)

Woody Woodpecker takes his niece and nephew to the carnival, where he gets ripped off by Buzz Buzzard (without Tweaky!:D)

It was nice to see that annoying character Tweaky off for once (I always thought Buzz was a solo villain :rolleyes:), but it would be nice to see Chilly Willy again...

"Carney Con" actually had the feel of classic Lantz to it, with the way Woody got the best of Buzz...and glad to see Tweaky gone. And in "Aunt Pecky", I found it interesting that West can easily mimic a woman's voice, complete with Southern accent. "Terror Tots" suffered from the same fault of most of these updated classics-- trying to cram every minute with dialogue and coming off lame. Plus one of those bullies--the one with the Jello snacks--resembled a weasel more than a dog.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of animal is this "Tweaky" character? I haven't seen any of these new WW shows with him. Is he also a buzzard? I agree it is strange that they gave Buzz a sidekick.

I am a bit surprised how many of these new Woody episodes feature Splinter and Knothead. Chilly Willy has practically been absent this time around!

Also, I want to thank Thad for keeping us updated on the new Woody show. I look forward to reading these posts.

Tweaky is some sort of a bird, he looks like a big (but small compared to Buzz) ugly canary, and has an annoying voice. I shoul be able to post today's episodes shortly.

F#$% my VCR! It just tore up my Woody tape. I swear, once DVD copying and recording becomes affordable, I will be the first one to smash this VCR with a hammer...:mad::mad::mad:

And this one had ALL my new Woodys on it! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
