I think Fred & Daphne look naked without their scarfs. Scooby kinda looks like Marmaduke..Cute though!

they look great to me....it's true to the form, which is what anything should be (we have enough rip offs now-a-days).
Daphni is a bit..err....revealing...nothing like she was in the cartoon....but..ah well..
I'll probably go see the movie....ZOINKS! :D
and yeah..the dog is CGI

Egh. What's up with Daphne's dress? Looks like yet again, a young actress' cleavage has become a selling point. (Like in the poster for I Know What You Did Last Summer, where you see everyone's faces, yet you also see whatserface's bustline.) And Scooby looks awful. Then again, I think putting Scooby in live-action is a horrible idea. Then again again, I've never been fond of the cartoon to begin with (aside from the recent videos, which kick much butt). Then again again again, a friend of mine is a die-hard Scooby fan and she thinks the movie is an affront against humanity.

I think in this case, though, it fits. I mean, she is supposed to be the hot one - that's her role and her character.

Okay, I'm glad someone else pointed out Daphne's look. Pushing it for a movie based on a kids show...

The movie will be PG so I wouldn't be suprised if they covered up Daphne's assests a bit better during filming. I'm so far mixed on the whole project, but I can't see this actually being good.

This is all just weird. I really can't see how this is gonna be a good idea. But, we'll wait and see...

Not finding myself very excited by this. And I really like the Scooby-Doo cartoons (the "Where Are You" toons, most definitely NOT the recent stuff).

Uhhh... umm.... well.... I dunno... I'm thinking the only way this can be a good movie is if it's a parody, like some have suggested. Velma's the only one who looks close enough to her character (though I wonder what the heck that skirt is made of, it looks plastic! How's she going to move around? ). Everyone else looks way off, especially Shaggy. Not only is he not lanky enough, but there's something not quite right about his face. It's just weird, I think. Fred looks like he's wearing lipstick. No comment on Daphne.

SAID BY SINGIN' STRAY CAT: Everyone else looks way off,
Ooh...same feelings here. I think it's because everyone's use to seeing them animated...
...I find it sad Shaggy's more fit than Fred. Shouldn't it be reverse? And I feel sorry for Daphine...

I've seen other images where the actors were almost spot-on, especially Shaggy.

who are the actors? i know shaggy's that guy from scream and daphnie is sarah michelle geller, but who are the other 2 and whos doing scooby's voice??
now the only way i can see those horrible costumes being okay is if EVERYONE in the movie, the whole world is made into a cartoon world, sort of like the flintstones movie. if everyone is in chessy outfits, it could be okay, but if its in the regular world and they have those costumes on, this will be nothing more than a b-looking movie at best. peace.

Yeah I remember seeing a pic earlier this year (in PEOPLE magazine, i think) that had Shaggy giving the camera the "peace sign". He looked a LOT scrawnier there, plus his bellbottoms looked perfect.
As for the voicework, I'm pretty sure that Lillard (Shaggy) might be able to do a good job with it. He's one of today's most energetic actors.
As for Scooby's voice, Was'nt it supposed to be Mike Myers?

Velma actually looks like Velma. I gotta give them credit for that. Does anyone else thinks FPJ looks like a complete goofball with that bright blonde hair? geez. Lillard probably wouldnt look so fit if his arms weren't crossed. Doing that probably adds like an inch or 2 to the biceps. SMG looks good (as in good good, but not character good), but uh, like others have said, they should probably try to keep the uh, target audience's undeveloped hormones, undeveloped. Scooby looks like a big styrofoam dog, I dont really like the look.
I dont think there's any way that this movie is going to be good. Personally I thought the cartoon wasnt that good anyway.

Oh yeah, who's playing Velma? I think I read a long while back that it might be Linda Cardellini (from Freaks and Geeks), but I'm not sure if that actually happened.

Yup, thats her as Velma..Before production started I heard that Christina Ricci was considered for the roll...
Alright guys..Here's the gang (with scarfs & extra lipstick for Fred) plus the MYSTERY MACHINE!

Yeah, I remember seeing that one before, that's much much better. Of course, Scooby isn't there, so that helps.
If the reviews are good, I'll go watch it. But, I'm expecting the opposite and will probably avoid it.

What is this a joke? Scooby Doo was meant for a cartoon. Just a cartoon. Not a live motion picture.

The earlier pic is from a flashback, I think.

Sarah Michelle Gellar does look amazingly hot. I may take my neice to see this (as she undoubtably will want to see it) but I just couldn't go on my own free will.

Yeah, that's the pic I remember.
Just proves that they should NOT do the update thing, and stick to making it a period picture.
As for Scooby: Any chance that it will turn out that Scoob is just a hallucination suffered by the Mysteries Inc. gang, and that no one else in the film will be able to see him? That could salvage the CGI job. . . .

Ha! That would be hilarious. WB did a good job with CGI animals in Cats & Dogs. It could work here...

I still think the movie is going to be bad still, but that is admitedly a better picture. To bad it's just for the flashback scene...
...oh, and I wonder how Scooby will look when he's scared...THAT'D be the scary part of the movie! :D

Daphne just looks too much like someone ripped from one of those college-teen shows.Really unnapealing ditzy look to me.
