View Full Version : On what dates and/or months were each of the Harry Potter books released?

Since I know what the release date of "Order of the Phoenix" will be, I just thought I'd try to document the release dates of all the other books. So any help is appreciated. Thanks.

* Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone released sometime in September 1998
* Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets released on June 2, 1999
* Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban released on September 8, 1999
* Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was released July 8th, 2000

All dates are from Amazon's website.

Wow, I didn't realize the first four were released so close together. No wonder the fans are going crazy.

I didn't realize the second and third ones were released so close to each other. Now THAT's something.
