Generator Gawl

I just finished watching Generator Gawl and I must say that I enjoyed the series. It was funny, had some nice action fights, and it didn't contain anything that would offend anyone (no sex, nudity, nothing gross, not too violent).

The show wasn't great and it wasn't horrible either. If I had to grade it, I would give Generator Gawl a B. The price for the boxset for around $35 is nice too.

Anyone else care to commit on Generator Gawl?

I liked Generator Gawl alot too. Although the character designs well kinda odd (though i like Gawl) and the ADV dub was pretty bad IMO (im cutting them some slack 'cause they were still relatively new to it) I enjoyed it. The animation was nice, and it was an interesting plot. Overall, a good investment for a 13 ep anime (who can beat $35?)

Time-travel makes my head spin. Sooooooooooo mannnnnyyyyy inconsistencies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That aside, I quite enjoyed the show.

Oh, and the dub was nasty. It kinda withheld some important information during the course of the show about Gawl... and didn't reveal it to the end. My first time through I watched the dub. Second time, I tried the sub. Made things much more clear plot-wise.

I liked it a lot too. It's one of those less-than-popular, but still very good titles that only a few people manage to see. The character desogns were pretty mixed. The boys were fine, but the girls - blech. Nifty fight scenes too.
