What is "Bruce Wayne: Fugitive" about?

I keep hearing about Bruce Wayne: Fugitive. What the heck is it about?

Next year's Bat-crossover. From what we know, it all begins in Batman: The 10-cent Adventure, which will cost ten cents and be a jumping-on point for new readers. It will also lead into FUGITIVE, in which Bruce Wayne is framed for murder, and essentially becomes a fugitive, I'm guessing from the title. I'm pretty sure that's it, as Bat-folk are keeping a tight lid on this. Anyone else have anything to add?
