Does the main TZ site use a CMS, or is it hand-coded? If the first choice is true, which one do y'all use?

I believe Harley hand-codes the site. She has "extolled the joys" of this irritating approach to me a few times. ;)

It's a combination of php includes, this hack (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=21875), and some additional tweaking by Adam Tyner and Harley.
